The Waterfront Inn

Your hotel is beautiful. For the most part, the staff was incredible and caring. Loved it. Very clean and easy to get to.

Unfortunately, on the last day I was there, I went in for dinner, in your bar / restaurant area. I sat myself. The male or female failed to wait on me after 20 minutes, I left. Sad...on the last day! Otherwise...great stay.

Needs updating. Please bottle water for each room. Should not have to buy.

-at the desk in the evenings- was friendly and accommodating. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The area rug under the bed in our room was nasty and stained.

Poor service and little parking. The room we had needed repairs . We had do things that employ should have done but we payed for.

The location is ideal. It's right in the middle of all the fun and has just completed a lovely renovation.

Sadly, this time the beds were NOT good. I have back pain and this was so upsetting. One bed literally CREAKED. The beds were either cheap, old or both, and given the fortune just spent on complete renovation, this makes no sense. DISAPPOINTING.

Location to all the restaurants, bars and activities at Lake Sumter Market Square.

Not a big deal, but the bar seating is somewhat limited and for the 2 times I was down there, service at the bar was slow.

Noise level, working on my floor in the am, bed not real comfortable, outdated.

Comfortable beds, location wonderful, beautiful view over the lake from the restaurant.

Tub drained very slowly, rug desperately needed a shampoo, more access to palatable/filtered drinking water needed rather than using and purchasing bottled water (Florida water tastes terrible)

Not notified that their restaurant was closed for renovations. Area over micro & frig was dark. Noisy with work on the roofs. This hotel is in the busiest park of the Villages. Tons of ?hotel parking ? is taken up by outside people.going to bars nearby.

The room.

Hotel was under construction. I was here for a convention and due to construction we had to travel to another hotel for functions. The room used to serve on our taco night, too small. Considering the construction, price should have been even lower

Stayed during Hurricane Milton and you could not hear any of the wind or rain. Very quiet

location

Majority of the place under construction. No pool. No restaurant as indicated. Light for the pool construction was on all night shining into my room. Bed and pillows terrible.

Pool closed and a construction zone. Price should be reduced because of it.

Remodeling made covered access to the lobby unavailable.
