Hampton Inn & Suites Lady Lake/The Villages

The Breakfast was excepional. The two attendants, Nancy and Jill, were on top of everything.

Absolutely wonderful. Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean quiet rooms.

Candy (Word up!) was great and super friendly during check in. Rooms are new'ish and clean. Very quiet atmosphere.

Very appreciative of the honest housekeeping team that found and returned personal items I left in the room!

Yes, your cleaning crews voices echo down those hallways endlessly all morning to the point of not being able to sleep and in the morning I noticed sheets were stained

It was very convenient for my visit with my elderly parent in the Villages. The facility was nicely decorated and clean.

The pool was being resurfaced and not usable-horrible timing for middle of the summer. The cable was out for the entire facility, phone in my room did not work, VERY humid/damp in room, and the fire alarm went off 2 x's in the middle of the night.

The staff ! June 5th evening staff (front desk and young man cleaning the floors) Both helped me tremendously with printing out my boarding pass¿ I am 79 yr old and computer difficulties made me nervous¿¿They saved me from crying !

The staff was very friendly and helpful about everything asked. I¿ll be back again. I am retired now, but I use to travel quite a bit before my retirement and I always tried to use Hampton Inn¿s. They always are clean and convenient.

Great location, friendly, clean Hotel. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and would highly recommend when visiting The Villages.

Room smelled moldy. Not that clean. There was soap in the shower... It was used! Left from the previous guest! Won't stay at another Hampton Inn. No better than Holiday Inn. Also, asked for a room with two queen beds, we got a king sized bed.

Upon entering room 212..walls are dirty. Shower curtain ripped, needs new grout around tub. CEILING has a 8 foot ruin mark across it.. I was Not a Happy Patron!! I did take pics to Document, if Needed.

The cleanliness and location was very quiet. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The entire hotel was clean and quiet. I Have no complaints about my stay there.

Getting in to the hotel was a bit of a challenge. You have to go past the hotel and then make a U turn to head back so you can turn in. IT would be easier if there was access from both sides of the road. That is my only complaint.

They were pet friendly.

Even though they were pet friendly, they only allow them in certain rooms. I was not checked into until almost five o'clock. The floor was like concrete with a thin carpet over it.

Room advertised as a Suite is actually a Studio. This hotel does not have suites according to the manager on duty. No attempt was made to accommodate us at all. I've always had great experiences with this chain, but very disappointed at this location.

Breakfast included. Hot or cold ample amounts and tasty

Rug in room worn and looked dirty. Comforters on bed looked worn.
