Room very small, same as bathroom. No cvloset for clothinmg, only 3 hangers

It was old and I didn't felt very safe.

The staff was friendly and the location, close to the St Gratien station was very convenient (although very far from the city center).

The place was not very clean and it smells. There is no hair dryer on the bedrooms. The breakfast did not have many options (there were only bread, croissants and two or three fruits). On the penultimate day, I got food poisoning and I suspect it could be related to the breakfast. Overall it's not a hotel for tourists.

It was near the train station which goes directly to the Eiffel Tower however, it was not clean.

There were hairs all over the place such as bed, toilet, sink and floors. I had to clean it all by myself. Also, i did not hang anything on the door for the room to be cleaned however, someone still went inside and cleaned the room.

There was nothing to like other than there were a few shops in area.

The hotel cancelled the booking on the day so ended up paying more despite me attempting to contact them and also contacting booking.com. the shower was not fitted to the wall due to fitment being broken, we had a room with bunk beds for a couple, not what we had in mind, and reception was caged off, brown stains on the bedding and only had towels left in room.

Bad experience rude people

Reception man behaviour is bad rude. Did not respect guests. And the bed sheets did not clean.every day same.bad experience .and one more thing air conditioning also not worked .after requesting they change the room

Very good continental breakfast that was value for money. Easy to get to central Paris on the RER train line.

Poorly catered for car parking and the 'blue card' method as explained by staff didn't work. If you're quick and lucky you can get a free side of road parking bay nearby. Otherwise you have to pay at municipal car parks nearby, which is potentially expensive if you're staying a few days.

It’s very compact but comfortable and easily accessible to RER C line station.

No complaints. Complimentary coffee would have been appreciated.

The room are very small for a family of 3 , there’s no car parking park you need to park at the back where the shops are risqué of having a parking ticket before 7pm the breakfast is not at expectation a all , if you ask for a hairdryer you Need you ID card the I thought that was very strange I really don’t recommend this hotel

The location is good

The room really small the bed for my child was not done and everything was in a bag and the quilt full of stains.

bed was very comfortable. Room was warm and toasty.Sufficient continental breakfast - cereals, bread, toast, croissants, juices, tea/ coffee, meat and cheeses, fruit.Great location - fantastic bakery just up the road, close proximity to train station - direct link to Paris city centre. Lovely supermarket behind the hotel. Lidl nearby, plenty of restaurants serving a variety of different cuisines.

Not far from the ERE C station

It wasn’t clean at all. They were cleaning the room everyday and living the rest of the hair everywhere. You were even able to see the dust in the ground. It as really catastrophic

Very uncomfortable, Too small, dirty, broken toilet seat, bad smell, people make noise all night. Couldn’t sleep all night

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was a good value for money. The room was nice, bathroom was a little too small but overall experience was good. I would recommend it if you are looking for some budget stay.

Bathroom could be a bit bigger.

The location is near for our friends huose and it is very easy to pick up us there.The front desk are so kind.

Maybe the toilet because it is hard to take a bath .
