Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center at Cedar Shore

Location is gorgeous on the shore of the Missouri River.

Room smelled like mildew and bathroom floor was REALLY sticky

It was the only hotel with a vacancy for 200 miles

Over priced. Under renovation. Holes in wall where curtains used to hang.

The location

The hotel is currently under construction. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. It was pretty dirty. Our room in general was not clean either. Would not recommend

The views from the front of the hotel were beautiful.

VERY OUTDATED AND DIRTY. The room had a VERY strong perfume odor. The AC unit was filthy dust on front and debris in the top. Peeling bathroom door. Broken door lock, cracking stained ceiling. Misrepresenting the rom on booking site. Food WAY Overpriced

Location is perfect

Very poor maintenance- frayed carpet, grout in bathroom absent and tiles loose. Scotch tape holding stair trim together. Toilets very low.

Staff¿s customer service, room cleanliness, hotel accommodations, and the views.

Hotel was clean and restaurant.

No outlets in the parking lot for boats and the cleaning station was closed. Hotel is nice but probably won¿t stay again due to the outlets alone, kind of a necessity for fisherman. The restaurant opens too late as well, 6am would be much better.

They did not have. Room for me

Arriving well after stated check in time. The hotel did not have a room for me, when I asked when it would be ready they had no idea. It then took 45 minutes to try and cancel the room with no fees, which I hope I will not be charged.

Location and overall it¿s a nice facility.

There was garbage around the facility grounds. Our room had a broken bar in the shower, crack in the bathroom wall and the outside door didn¿t seal tight. It seems like the maintenance isn¿t being done on this beautiful property.

The room was clean.

The pool was not open, and there were not activities for the kids during our overnight stay. Also, the restaurant was not open for breakfast.

the rooms we were in seemed more designed for fisherman or huntersI think the rooms were rented previously to sportsmen with dogs as there were odors of that type... Other rooms I have seen or stayed in at that place have been nice.

Staff in restaurant. Ordered a pizza took 45 minutes to get the bartender forgot about us and pizza had to flag her down 3 times. When we got pizza it was cold and gross.. she didn’t even apologize. Rooms outdated. Man at front desk overnight not helpf

Wonderful location, excellent for hunters in the fall, and fishermen in the spring and summer.

Location was great and pool,fridge, and balconies were nice

The 1st time we got an upgrade that had an obstructed view of the lake. The 2nd staff was thrown off we booked online and didn't give us our king with a balcony, when I complained we got a balcony with queens. They said next time call them it was cheaper.

Location and appearance were excellent. Price was very comparable. Bed was excellent.

Beautiful location

The hotel was loud at 2am. My first warning was the open beer can propped up next to our door. 3 rooms had their door propped open at 2a w/loud drunk, crying uncontrollably, and belligerent. Staff didn't do anything. Not a resort.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly for the most part.

When I woke up in the morning I found that the shower was broken. So, I had to get on the road without having a shower. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I really only want two things out of a hotel: a bed and a shower in the morning. So, I really only got half.

All of the above , The Bar and good food same building , out side area to sit , the river view , people were friendly

They charge a hidden hotel fee. I always think this is a dishonest way of doing business. Be upfront and put it in the regular charge rather than hiding the charge!!!!!!
