There needs to be a coffee maker, microwave and/or refrigerator. Also restaurant on the first floor needs to open.

Great room at a great price. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Northern Cambria and hope the dining room and bar are open by then.

Miss the dining room and bar. Maybe they will be open next time I visit!

Hot water ...taking showers shouldn't take 30 minutes.It was hard carrying luggage, etc , up the stairs.

Parking, it was clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept in,, bathroom was immaculate

Because of staffing issues the restaurant was not open. So the reviews that mentioned the bar noise is no longer an issue. Right across the street was Rezks restaurant which opens at 7am for breakfast which was fresh and cooked to order. The hotel is a recently remodeled 1890's hotel, it is nicely done and very clean. It is not staffed all the time but there is a phone # to call if you need anything. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hot water takes a little time to make to up to 3rd floor, but once it gets there it very hot. So if your looking to stay in northern Cambria I recommend this hotel over driving back to ebensburg everyday to sleep. Please remember that is a very old building very clean and quiet.

there could be a coffee service available maybe in the hallways or the rooms. There is a sheetz across the street which has fresh coffee 24/7 so its not to inconvenient. The room did include a small fridge to store cold drinks.

The location was right where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean other than what I'm listing below.

There isn't an elevator because it's an old building. The room smelled and the air fresher in the room made it all the more worse. Not a good combo for someone that gets headaches from strong smells. There was a massive (what appeared to be blood) stain on the carpet that a chair was sitting on top of, I'm assuming to conceal it. We didnt see any staff members as they are short staffed. They left the keys in an evelope with my name on it on a table inside the entrance door. A bit scary because anyone could've come in and let themselves into the room before we got there.

No microwave or coffee pot for the price you pay for the room. Fridge has loud knocking noise when turned up. Burnt out light bulbs.

Clean, water pressure was good, hot water was good, decor was very tasteful, WiFi worked well.Happy that booking.com canceled one room smoothly.

Staff did not get back when we had simple but important questions, and once when we were promised a call back.Lack of coffee anywhere on the premises-it’s not that hard to provideI suggest parking instructions be included with online check-in instructions.

The City Hotel is wonderful and quaint in the town of Northern Cambria. We have stayed here several times and each time the experience does not disappoint! The rooms are really clean and spacious. It's in a remote quaint little town that works perfectly for our family as its close to our family reunion site!

Sad the restaurant was closed. Food establishments are minimal in area.
