Quality Inn Loudon-Concord

The pool was closed to further notice. Did not know that till I arrived! All ice machines didn’t work, breakfast was only till 9:30, the shower in our room didn’t drain properly.

It's OK for the price point

Breakfast selection on the skimpy side. No orange juice 2 days in a row One would think they would have staff go pick up a couple of gallons at a supermarket. There is no mat in the bathtub and it is slippery.

Hotel employee was excellent! Room and service great

Pool was not clean and stung eyes heavily. Breakfast was hot, but of minimal quality, taste and effort.

Dated. Bathroom suffered from prior flooding

Everything... specially the new renovation in the rooms. I was there fir thee nights... and my bed was super. I couldnt help but to staying another two nights. !

Too many people residing there with covid and we were not informed..

Indoor pool no matter the weather you can swim. The breakfast is fine. Not 5 star but hot eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, ECT. Coffee 24 hours.

The rooms are clean but rushed when being cleaned. The floors were dingy and bathroom had stary hair and used soap bar in my tub.

Staff was nice

Not alot of breakfast options and found a couple of paper rappers in our room not the first time either

Room had a strong chemical odor. Worse than any cleaning compound I had ever experienced. TV didn't work.

Nothing at all they should shut it down

They had bed bugs an the old man at the counter was evil an nasty. The bed bugs bite all over an I took the bed bug in a cup an showed him an he got nasty .

Staff was kind

The room needs updated. Shower was old, the TV was horrible. No chair to sit inside the room

Had some issues with some of the stuff during the mid day she wasn't very pleasant and very judgemental but other then that the man on the overnights is amazing at his job one of the best members we have dealt with

The staff where very helpful when we found a cockroach in our room on the pillow. We would have left if it hadn't have been 1am when we got back to the hotel, but staff acted quickly and upgraded us to a new room within 10 minutes of notifying them.

The hotel needs a deep clean, we found dead bugs, candy wrappers and old food under the bed and a cockroach on the pillow.

Location was great, staff was friendly

Our room was dirty. There was a dirty sock in the corner, floor wasn¿t vacuumed, carpet had something sticky on it, 1/2 drank drinks left in the mini fridge, very dusty, shower had hair all through it and dirty hand prints all over the headboard.

Pool was very clean.

Had to upgrade room at no charge due to cleanliness. Person at desk was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating.

It was close to NHMS. That¿s it.

The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke; we couldn¿t figure out where it was coming from and running the fan did not help. The bed was creaky and bouncy. Very overpriced.

It's quaint but very nice. Staff was lovely, everything was well kept and very clean.

The staff was lovely, the breakfast was well done, coffe available and hot 24 hours a day
