Location, staff and room was spacious

When we walked in the room it smelled like stinky feet.

My rooms were not ready upon arrival even though I arrived AFTER the check-in time. I had to wait in the lobby for one room then cram the other guests in one room while we waited for the other room. We were late to our even that evening as a result.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and comfortable. But, the staff was excellent! They were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.

My only minor complaint, is that the hotel, is kind of oddly situated. You have to make a U-turn to get to the actual hotel, or riide around in a subdivision to get there.

What a great place to stay! The staff were accommodating and friendly! We enjoyed the outdoor pool in the afternoon and evening as well. Tge beds were comfy, the queen suite was the roomiest queeen suite we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was good too!

Jake at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. I am a Hilton Honors guest and asked for a complimentary bottle of water for coffee in the room the next morning (customary for HH guests) and was denied. Absolute ridiculous!!

My check-in was at 3:00 I did not get into my room until 6:30 pm. It was hot and I just got back from a funeral. I was tired. Finally got in the room and fell asleep only to wake up to no water in the building. It was a lot going on.

yes, while I was trying to check in the information wouldn't register in your computer. When I checked my phone I was checked in at 3 pm and left at 11 am next day, I got to the hotel almost 9 pm not 3.

Yes. This is Florida; there should be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. At the very least, an a/c vent that works.

My family always enjoys the breakfast choices. The rooms at Hampton Inn and suites are always clean. Wesley Chapel was 30 minutes from where we needed to be but we chose it based on hotel quality and price. The location turned out to be a real plus.

The scrambled eggs are not the best. Prefer the omelette choices.

The room was great! I loved that they changed the comforter that was on the bed between guests! This does not occur often any more.

The room we had initially had blood on the closet door which the staff cleaned once we pointed it out. That caused me concern regarding the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Also, although the hot breakfast was nice, it was not quite up to caliber
