Hilton Garden Inn Tampa - Wesley Chapel

Very clean, good and safe part of town. Had self pay snacks and drinks on site for whenever you wanted them. Friendly staff, easy to walk your dog close to the entrance for safety . Rooms were nice .

I felt the pet fee was quite pricey !!

Clean, friendly people, beds were very comfortable. Would recommend.

Everything was Great.

Pillows and bedding were the highest quality. Very quiet and well built.

The staff was friendly and it was very clean!

The shower did not have very much water pressure and it was too high for my 6 foot husband to adjust it. Also, it is located at a very busy intersection that is hard to get into.

Never stayed there she wanted to charge me again I paid ed online already.

Then I would of paid twice for some night stay so I left and sleep outside for free.

Location and newer facility

The room design and comfortability was not great. Bed too hard. Not enough lighting in the room. No where to hang bathroom towels because there were no towel racks. Not enough staff. Always had a long wait to get a question answered or get something

Super friendly staff. Very good price. It was clean. But it does need some upgrades.

Unclean,bedmat. There was a old bloodstain on the bed mat. CHECK YOUR BEDMATS!!!THEY ARE UNDER THE SHEETS,SO MOST PEOPLE DONT CHECKEM

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness

We booked a king size bed reservation. Was given 2 single beds. When we requested to have a king size bed like we had paid for we were then given a room that was for smokers and was unable to sleep due to the smell. We assume this was punishment .

Front desk was unprofessional and extremely rude.

Very clean big rooms. Bed comfortable. Has a bar and small restaurant

Cleanliness of hotel was great.

Though super contemporary in looks, room had quite an uncomfortable and super hard large chair. Computer desk chair was also uncomfortable. Perhaps having traditional chairs or an x-Chair would be great. Free breakfast for price paid would be better.

The location to my families home was perfect! The drive from the air port was very easy! I had no trouble finding this location! The staff was very friendly!! I traveled alone for the first time and at this location I felt VERY safe!

I liked everything! Great room, very clean and safe area!

The staff were extremely professional especially  ( evening  shift) and the chef. The Hilton Garden Inn in Wesley Chapel was recommended and I will DEFINITELY return and recommend it to others

It was roomy enough for both beds plus the sofa bed to be open.

There was no fan in the bathroom for eliminating smells and moisture/humidity. There was not enough space for 4 people's clothes, barely for 2 of us and luckily it was a 4 night stay.

The bartenders  are amazing!! The front desk staff  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only complaint? Beds are too hard for me Everything else is perfect!

To start off the night Clark was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and very helpful and very nice!! We stayed in two rooms. And both rooms extremely clean, and we felt very comfortable staying there!!! we will definitely be returning to this Hotel
