Spot X Hotel Wesley Chapel - Tampa Area

Loved the secluded location as well as the accessibility to the outdoor shopping and dining.

The maintenance crew was excellent, however I would like to see the hotel with vinyl throughout the halls as the current carpet is a bit musty.

Dead roaches in our room.

When asked to change rooms I was told I can't. And no one to clean the room we had. I had to deal with it

Location convenient to shopping, restaurants & family.

Breakfast was average. The selection was average; the setup was too crowded.

Quiet at night. Cold a/c. Hot breakfast.

Staff wasn't at front desk for 30 min waiting to check in.

I was grateful to hotel employee for for puting our 3 rooms in the same area.

our rooms were very dusty and needed a wipe down. I also found 3 different types of hairs in my "clean sheets"

Weird, gross, damp fleabag motel. Rooms are cramped and dark. Carpets stained. Way overpriced.

Courteous staff, great location

While the breakfast was acceptable, it would be great if there there would different options every day, like different yogurt flavors, ham, oatmeal, etc. Also the bedding in the room on the first day was stained.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff wasn't very friendly. I had to wait at one point for one of them to finish playing on their phone. Our floor continuously smelled of weed, but luckily not inside our room. The Lobby and exterior paint was terrible.

The bed was unbelievable comfortable! Mattress perfect, sheets soft, great pillows. It was way more quiet than I expected as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room in general was very nice, plenty of room and everything I needed pretty much.

Like most hotels, the freezer part of the fridge can't freeze and for summer traveling, that would help. The water pressure was very low in shower and the water had a strange smell and felt a bit slimy. Nothing really horrible, the good outweighed the bad

Still under construction. Uncomfortable and crowded breakfast which was mediocre. Felt like 1 star hotel being cleaned up but it was clean. Wouldn?t stay again.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, just wish it was pork sausage not the turkey. The sausage gravy for the delicious biscuits was very good though. Blueberry or plain waffles!

It?s being renovated so excuse the messy front desk area.

The Bed was very comfortable. The Pillows are exceptionally nice!

I was looking forward to having Waffles and they had none, but had the machine. Very limited Breakfast food choices available. I was pleased that Breakfast is included with stay, only would have liked ¿more option¿ choices.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, quiet, relaxing, great amenities, extended multiple times, best deal/hotel around!
