The staff was really nice. All of them. Look. I knew what I was paying for. I needed inexpensive. The double bed room I booked was fine. It was clean, fresh, no insects or roaches. It was a little dated but room was fine.

Upon checking in I found out the elevator was broken and had been broken down for a while. The "free" breakfast is nothing more than coffee, bananas, cereal and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that you need to microwave

Room was quiet at night, ac was cold and price was affordable. Room also had a mini fridge and a microwave.

The hotel had sketchy people hanging all over the outside at night. We had law enforcement presence at night. Hotel allows dogs on all levels and out from on the 4th floor had a dog across the hall that was barking upon arrival. FEMA Hotel.

Location and convenience

didn?t like anything about it. There was this very bad smell from the time I checked in during the duration of my stay. There was a fema family living upstairs over me with children who ran all night and morning long so I was never able to sleep. TERRIBLE

Staff was very friendly, smiling and answered any questions that we may have had at the moment. The price of the hotel was way to0 high for what we experienced in this hotel the beds were good, just the odor in the room wasn't good-old room smell.

The hotel wasn't in the best shape just an old motel. The room we stayed in could have been more clean. There was food on the wall in the bathroom, looked like cheese. The room had an odor that smelled like old mop water or a wet dog.

The bed was very comfortable! And the room was spacious!

The continental breakfast didn?t have good section of food!

There was a smell in the room everytime I entered I complained to desk they didn't do anything about it, also the floors were not clean.

1. Room was not cleaned 1 day. Couldn?t find a shirt that was missing and then after closing the bathroom door I found it lodged behind the door and the tub on the floor. 2. I was hoping for more of a variety of breakfast items. 1 day my bagel was stale.

The location

The set up us weird. I saw a bug crawling on floor in bathroom. They left an empty kleenex box. The bed was squeaky. The staff was strange. They charged me for a deposit where there is no sign no posting and did not have me sign my card which is illegal.

The desk person was the nicest hotel employee I have ever encountered. She was friendly, helpful and professional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Little tough getting in and out with the traffic but well worth it for the quality.

Many people hanging around the entrance of the hotel--seemed like a hotel for the homeless. Continental breakfast was horrible.

our room had a funny smell to it when you went inside. Also the refrigerator made a loud ticking noise all night long.

Ewwww they have bed bugs!!!

They have full size beds that they call queen. I asked for non-smoking room and the cigarette smell was unbelievably strong.I found a bed bug crawling on my pillow when I woke up. Absolutely the worst!!

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly

This hotel was undergoing lots of construction, and even on Google maps stated it was permanently closed. Very outdated and probably should have been closed during the renovations.

The location of it and the price that was given.

Wish the breakfast was more of eggs waffle etc. But the continental breakfast wasn¿t all that.
