Great location. Clean. Fun amenities.

Yes!After 2 days they made us pack everything up and change rooms. It was awful, because we had brought so much stuff for a baby(pack-n-play).There wasn't another room available at checkout time, so we had to load everything up in our car until afternoon.

Balcony had bay view,6th floor,so it was nice

Easy parking, good location.

I was charged again even though it was pre-paid, working to get it fixed.

The bed was nice and the unit was large and clean. The security staff very kindly helped us check in.

Difficult to find at the back of a gated community. No clear instructions on how to check in after hours (which is after 5pm). Difficult to find staff on site.

It was quiet and well furnished

Mold on mattress and every time the AC kicked on the room smelled musty (very musty)

Hotel was very clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast Cafe' was surperb. It was not far from the beach.

Close drive to the beach and Village Wharf.

The buildings look alike so it¿s easy to get confused as where to go. Our room was on the side of truck deliveries so it was very noisy.

Yes, the stairs for some strange reason was out of order. My son-in-law doesn't like elevators, so he couldn't use the stairs.

Stayed in room 404 - nice view. The rooms at this location are spacious. Full kitchen completely supplied, beds are amazingly comfortable. Checked it after hours - very easy process.

Lots of things to do.nice beach and bar

Hotel was a little off the beaten path But this a golf resort...si was ok for us

Loved the Sunset cafe, trolly taking you to wharf ect.... friendly employee

Needs to be updated our room was clean but very outdated in bedroom they left broom mop ext .. behind the door yuck....

Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Free laundry facility and tram to the beach was also verynice

No view. They closed the main pool for an event one day without prior notice. Also since that pool serves so many guests I don't think it should be available for events.

After hours check in was fairly easy with securities help. It was in a good location with shuttle service. It was clean. Quiet.

No trash chute. Only picked up. Beach was not within walking distance. Beds were uncomfortable.

friendly staff, room was clean. We needed an overnight stay so didn't get the opportunity to enjoy all that is offered at the facility. I would definitely recomend it.

Under construction. Couldn't sleep-truxks backing up. NOTHING TO DO. very disappointed. Should close until reopen. Refund me

During this time of year its very quiet. There wasn't too many people on the property. It was an awesome experience. The staff are very friendly. The room was nice and exceeded our expectation for the price we paid for it. We definitely will go back

I just wish the shuttles would take us off the resort property but we could only go Beachside, Baytowne , and Bayside. Wish we could have went to the mall or something outside of those three places. We didn't know we couldn't use the big fitness center

So much to do here you never really need to leave the area! Nice room with a great view of the bay! We loved it and plan to come back soon!

Bed was a little hard but I didn't come to Florida to sleep. So it wasn't a really big issue!
