The beds and pillows were comfortable

No hot water the first night, my towel looked like the floor had been mopped with it the knob on faucet kept falling off, only small area to hang any clothes and then only if they’re not any longer than a man’s shirt

The lobby area was very clean and welcoming

The room itself. It was VERY small, and a few things inside of the room were broken

Front desk man and manager lady almost had me arrested for asking for my receipts. Find a different spot. I was there for a month. Do not stay there!

So not stay here. They have criminals and drug addicts and felons working there.

They have a great hot breakfast every day and waffles and eggs and juice and milk. My husband and I really enjoy this.

The kind employees, clean rooms, hot breakfast, very nice bathrooms, close to the beach.

My girlfriend and I have been traveling for weeks and this spot is it. Close to everything. Rooms are great. Staff is friendly. The Manager, very wise beyond his years, he was helpful in explaining the area when we got here.

Every time I come into Miramar Beach, I stay here. It's close to the beach, rooms are super nice and clean. My kids made waffles and I had bacon and eggs. Beach is a short stroll from the hotel. Love it. Thanks Ya'll!!

The rooms and bathrooms are all updated and modern and clean. the front desk was very helpful and encouraging a few days when I was not feeling well. Breakfast is really good (w/bacon). The cleaning staff/ and management are very professional.

Broken down elevator for my entire three day stay, filthy floors, non functioning tv and remote, non functioning breakfast room equipment.

The breakfast options were nice, the people were very friendly

The tv in my room did not work and even upon asking about it was told someone would check on it and no one ever did anything

The carpets have poop and vomit stains this is a hazard to both human health and to pet health) We found a creamer wrapper on the floor and other trash. found 2 dead roaches in the bathroom sheets were stained with blood and other unknown stains

It was conveniently located and the staff was nice.

The 1st room needed painting and the air did not work. The second room did not have enough outlets. The elevator wasn't working one night.

No pool. No fitness center. No water pressure in shower and water on lukewarm.

Not a bad hotel. Was a decent stay for the money.

Our room had been smoked in prior to our stay. It was so strong that our things smelled like cigarette smoke when we left. They had to already switch our room once due to the TV not working. I didn¿t have it in me to move for a 3rd time.

Location. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and good variety.

Close to beach but too far to walk.

The staff was great. I really enjoyed hotel employees. Hotel employee did a great job preparing breakfast and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafeteria. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. I appreciated the great customer service.
