Room wasn’t very comfortable. They don’t offer room cleaning on a daily basis, was extra humid in the room, for a thousand dollars should have had a free breakfast and a balcony. Won’t stay there again.

I was offered a upgrade to my room and accepted, but when I arrived did not receive the upgrade that was offered

Hotel was conveniently located. Overall hotel was clean and rooms were large. The staff was friendly.

One of the beds in our room had a broken spring and it was very loud every time you moved on the bed. Also, ended up having an incidental charge of $33 added to my credit card after my visit for a dinner we never charged.

Location..beautiful bar and dining area..staff was very personable and helpful..will be returning to this location again!!

The restaurant was horrible; microwaved food, tasteless and expensive

Word beds, no cleaning service the all time , we didn¿t sleep there the last 2 days and check out day before we need and go to different hotel.

It was within walking distance to the beach.

The front desk staff were rude! I had to beg for clean bath towels and pool towels and was treated like I should not be bothering them for towels. Also a under water light was exposed in the pool. The manager acted like it was not a big deal! Unsafe!!

Cleanliness

It took 20 minutes to check in and when I requested towels it took over two hours, and we finally left and came back to the front desk to pick up our towels. Then we were overcharged and I had to call and get them to credit us the correct amount.

Clean, majority of staff very nice. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast!

¿Yes, would never stay there again because the handicapped toilets were too low, and there was no free breakfasts as offered by many of their competitors.

Clean, quiet, convenient to beach, shopping, restaurants.

Great views of the gulf and the heated pool was really nice. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was a lot better than most.

$15 to park in the garage and little confusing at first figuring out the floors using the elevator but no big deal.

The refrigerator did not work the first two days. Our food got spoiled and we had to use ice buckets to keep our beverages cool. Called the front desk and they said maintenance wont be in until the next day.

Location was why we chose this hotel. It is within walking distance of so many places, that we barely used a car. Hotel staff could not have been better, meeting all our needs and always a smile. Will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place.

I liked several aspects of this hotel, including the fast elevator, soft bed, modern room decor, good restaurant food, the server  at the restaurant was fast, the nice gym equipment, and maid service.

I didn't like the location across the street from the beach. There was no shade at the pool and the pool wasn't heated. The view out the window was ugly of the back of a building and dumpster. The window shade didn't fully go down at night either.
