The staff at reception, special thanks to Abdel who helped me not to wait long until I checked in as I arrived early and offered me a nice room. Many thanks for Jackline and Mariam. Mr. Ussama the Front Office Manager thank you very much. The place and the staff were great ofcorse I'll come again.

Room service is limited to cheese platter i had to go outside the hotel to eat after 12 am and there is no vallet

The beachfront was very nice

The service was horrible. Food not good at all. Shady staff charge for drinks in an all inclusive after midnight??? Staff not very nice. And then they told us we can’t leave until THEY checked our room. We had a flight to catch. The whole Egyptian country is out for itself. Many shakedowns through out. Many British see it as nice. But it is not up to American standards of an all inclusive resort.

The style of the hotel ! The Gym and the swimming pools and the buffet you will find everything u want to eat

Obviously the reception staff ... Terrible behavior and bad faith from them ... We tried to pay with cash they didn't accept swiss franks what I can understand so we asked if we can change it and give them the next morning... Impossible for them (they see the full amount in our hands) we gave them guarantee ... They still didn't want ... Impossible to find a solution with them .. never give them your clothes to wash(their laundry system is broken) ... They will say it will come next morning but no .. you have to claim it to have your clothes back ... Even if you claim it you will have to precise that you want your clothes back NOW otherwise for them it's not clear even after 3times... They forget to replace the towels in the room I came and asked to the reception guy who looks suspicious about that .. I don't recommend this hotel ...

Amazing hotel for the uniqueness. The rooms were very quirky. New pool has just opened and is very nice. A lot of rooms being refurbished. Downside is not enough room/ seating at the bar in the eveningsAngad was best barman Animation team flintstone themed. No jetty for snorkelling

food okay, location is a bit remote, girl at reception was exceptinal though..

it caters for a certain clientele and I guess that they are happy.. bar area too small for the size of the resort.. towels on sunloungers at dawn..

Love the concept of the cave designs, I felt save security always notice how many leave for the trips and how many return.

We had to carry our own bags to our room on the second floor with no lifts. Didn't like the fact when I ask for more than 1 wine they ask how many people it's for. Dinner options wasn't great. Love the size of the room

The room was really nice, spacious, bed super comfy, facilities in the room were good. The beach was nice. The aesthetic of the hotel design is unique and nice.

Firstly if you’re looking for 5*, this resort will not meet your expectations. The food was bland, it was sub standard average. The restaurants you can only book if you stay 7 days minimum, we went to Bam Bam and were met with plastic menus, the food was not nice, the environment was below average, small tweaks can be made to make this experience much better including revising the menu. Guests must get up before 7am to throw their towels on the sun beds, the one day out of five we managed to get sun beds by the pool, we were right infront of the bin that had overflowed and spilt bin juice all over the floor creating a disgusting lingering smell, we couldn’t bare staying. Plastic cups in most bars and limited selection of alcoholic drinks. If the quality was reviewed this resort could be much better and meet 5 * expectations - overall it was disappointing.

Convenience was fantastic, really nice that everything was inclusive. Particularly impressed that they anticipated us arriving late and pre-booked us for late dinner. small touch but made a difference

buffet food couldn't compare to the food we had elsewhere in Egypt, but it was also cheaper too so you get what you pay for. pool tables were a bit damaged...honestly i'm nitpicking because the overall experience was really good

We liked to staff here the animation team were fantastic & the teppanakki chef was great. Our room attendant Mohammed was fab and made some amazing shapes with the towels! The main pool was good but the other pools were very cold but it was February. The food at Bettys bar was good and our massages were amazing.

The evening entertainment wasn’t the best.

The location and the decorations was amazing i do recommend ! The food as well was delicious and full of options for vegans or meat as well the fish and sea food also . The bar was smiling and do service with smile and pleasure the pool was too large and clean i always tell that the experience its very important in such work ( hotels and guest places ) so yeah that was professional staff thanks

Food options were great. Staff were phenomenal, our housekeeper was called Samir, he was 10/10, absolutely lovely person, the decorations he had for us on the bed were so thoughtful, absolute joy to speak to every morning. The scenery is like something from a movie. I can’t wait to be back here.

The humidity smell in the room, the food is avarage to poor, Wifi only available at reception, so when you are in your room or around the resort not Wifi what so ever,

Shower head fell off and hit me in the head (big waterfall shower head) so pretty heavy, wasn’t really taken seriously when told. The air conditioning unit in room was extremely loud.

Looks exactly like the photos, very atmospheric and has lots to offer! Loads of places to relax and sunbathe.

Was quite loud throughout the day, they always have loud music playing so if your looking for some quite, i’d void the pool and bar area. The beach was nice and quiet. Sometimes the food was a bit naff but overall good.
