The hotel was tiddy and clean, the staff were friendly and treated us kindly and were always welcoming. The hotel is very suitable for families. Staff always helpful and tried to meet all our requests. I also got a room upgrade, which was great.There were a heated pool for kids and adults ,, water aqua park was great and many slides are there for kids and adults as well Generally it was a Great atmosphere and amazing views

The food in general did not satisfy all tastes. But everything else was perfect

The staff was very accommodating to our large group. Martina from guest services was in contact with us everyday. She was extremely helpful during our stay and made us feel extremely comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, food is excellent, the Sea is calm and great for swimming with kids. They also had a heated pool which was great in the cooler temp. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Our family of five, including three children, spent six days and five nights there. The hotel facilities and gardens were very nice. As the outdoor temperature did not exceed 23°C, the hotel provided heated outdoor pools for guests, which we really enjoyed. The sea was also suitable for swimming, with a temperature of around 25°C.There was a wide range of food options available. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly, always smiling and attentive to guests’ needs. We had a dedicated host, Martina, who was extremely kind and supportive throughout our stay.We highly recommend this hotel.

The Wi-Fi speed in the room was sometimes very slow or unavailable and needs improvement.The gym equipment is suitable for recreational athletes; however, some basic equipment is missing, such as a weight bench. It would be beneficial to consult with a gym trainer to review which tools and machines would best support an effective workout.

We had a wonderful experience at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a better room free of charge, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a large balcony!.The hotel grounds are very well-maintained, and the overall service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. There are different activities every day, so there’s always something to do without ever feeling bored.A special highlight of our stay was the guest relations support. Martina, the guest relations manager, contacted us every morning to ask if we needed anything. Having her just a message away was extremely convenient — we never had to go to the front desk for questions or requests, which made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable.

If you are used to high-quality spa services, this will be disappointing. While the massage itself was actually great, the rest of the experience was disorganized and far from relaxing. The interior is outdated, staff kept opening doors during my massage, and the atmosphere felt chaotic instead of calming.I also tried the Cleopatra Hammam service, and it was… strange, to say the least. The room was cold, the stones were poorly heated, and when I went to rest in the amenities (sauna, jacuzzi) the therapist who massaged me stood right there near me, making me feel pressured to leave. Overall, the spa needs serious improvement in both ambiance and professionalism.

All thing is great , staff is very friendly especially mrs martina was very helpful , facilitated everything to us since we came till we left the hotel Also mr salah was very helpful, facilitated the check in as soon as possible Animation team was fantastic, creative, we enjoyed every little moment

Sea shore isn't what i expected , not sandy Rocky And you need sea shoes to enjoy it

Mostly we liked personel. Housekeeping made a fabulous job every single day in our room. Huge bonus was the towel art that the housekeeper made for our child, it made him so happy ❤️Also personel at the restaurants. They noticed children in a wonderful way every single day. And big thank you to Angie (guest relation manager) who made our vacation at Gravity easy as possible and made sure that we had all we needed.

Only 1 pool was heated and the pool area was extremely (too) crowded. Childrens waterpark was not heated. Check- in did not make us feel welcomed. First 5min I tought we came to a wrong hotel because the communication from the reseptionist was rude. But then came Angie, and things changed for the better.

Great facilities. Very well kept. Elaborate meals spread. Beautiful location. Great staff.

Great staff, good food, nice beach, clean good swimming pools and a lot of lifeguards.A lot happening for the kids, good outdoor playground.

WiFi terrible.They posted a review in my name so don’t give them the PIN number that you get when booking.You can’t swim in the ocean near the beach, it’s too shallow but you can swim if you walk the pier.

The resort is very well maintained. It has great facilities. The food buffet is quite elaborate, with many things to choose from.

The shower door was not closing properly, leading to water seeping out, making the bathroom floor wet. The bathroom door was very tight and made noise while closing/opening.

In my opinion, Gravity does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. 1a

The inner garden, exterior architecture, and sea view are the only aspects that truly reflect a 5-star experience. However, the rest of the hotel falls short, and I would rate them as follows: • Rooms: 3-3.5/5 • Food: 2/5 (on multiple occasions, leftovers from the previous day were served) • Bar/Drinks: 1/5 • Wi-Fi Availability: 2/5 • Staff: 4/5 Additionally, we were unable to enjoy the aqua park during our stay due to the water being too cold. Overall, the experience was not as expected, and my average score would be a 3/5 at best. Gravity should not be classified as more than a 3-star hotel.

We got an upgrade and late check out. Room had a beach view with a balcony. Very spacious

I recently stayed at Gravity Hotel with my wife and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. A special shoutout to Ahmed Nageh at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to all my needs. He offered great recommendations for local attractions and even helped with a small issue I had with my room, resolving it quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Ahmed truly made my visit memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

While my overall experience at Gravity Hotel was wonderful, there was one minor issue that affected my stay. The hotel uses solar power for water heating, which means that hot water availability can sometimes be inconsistent, especially during cloudy days. On one occasion, I found the water to be lukewarm, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff was quick to address my concerns, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure my comfort. It’s a small drawback, but definitely something worth noting for anyone planning to visit.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony and the plush bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep.The hotel’s location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The on-site dining options were a highlight as well; I highly recommend trying the Mexicano restaurant, as it was a culinary delight! Wi Fi not good

The resort is really big and has all the amenities. The room was big and clean, a bit outdated maybe but everything was fine. Contrarily to what I read in other reviews, the food was overall good. The hotel is mainly for families: if you don't like kids, this is really not a place for you. Evening shows were very good and the main "plus" of this hotel is the coral reef. Unfortunately you can only access it 3 times per day at fixed times, but it's really close to the hotel and definitely amazing if you like snorkeling.

The hotel is far from a 5 star resort. I've been to many all-inclusive resorts and this is so far the worst I've seen. The hotel is very chaotic, it is very big and there's only one map at the entrance. They don't have any web app or anything that indicates where things are, when and where animations is done, etc. There's a board with the timetable of activities outside the main restaurant, but it's vague and there's no information about locations of activities etc. The main restaurant is really big and confusing, there are always birds inside (not really the most hygienic for a 5 star hotel..) and to get drinks you are forced to ask the waiters that most of the time don't even consider you. Many times I went to the bar by myself to get drinks (and many people were doing the same). This could be easily improved by adding a dispenser for non-alchoholic beverages inside the restaurant, so people can take whatever they want without waiting 20 minutes to be served by a waiter (since obviously the place is too big for waiters to serve all the people). The "a la carte" restaurants are not really "a la carte". The Egyptian and the Sky Bar have fixed menu which cannot be consulted before. So basically you just sit down and receive food. The Mexican and Asian restaurants have a menu in which you can choose some dishes. However when we went, the Mexican restaurant didn't have one of the 5 dishes on the menu. Communication in English was really difficult, people spoke Russian and German better than English. WIFI had really horrible signal, I survived because I bought an Egyptian sim card but even in the room the WIFI was awful, and connection was completely lost after a blackout that happened one evening. The hotel doesn't really have a transfer to the airport, they can only book an overpriced taxi for you (they offered me 40 Euros taxi, which I refused and booked by myself online for 8 euros instead).
