The staff is unfriendly to Americans. The food is poor quality and tasteless.

Mgmt not attentive to several expressed complaints. Sitting at the pool, people just try to sell you stuff all day long. Beautiful lobby but not a real five star

I had an amazing stay The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding, especially at the reception — Michael, Bavley, and Ehab were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They made us feel very welcome from the first moment. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent hospitality.

You have to reserve the à la Card restaurant and it is hard to find Restaurant for group

Location , close access to the beach.

Children got bored with the food after 2 days . But had a lovely time otherwise. Beautiful property and very helpful staff

Comfy rooms .. we got an upgrade to sea view deluxe rooms .. nice swimming pools .. lovely spa and Gym … an amazing almost 8 km promenade for jogging and biking crossing infront all sahl hashish hotels .. ice cream as dessert in dinner buffet .. early check in and late checkout .. friendly staff

Food at breakfast and dinner I would it give it 3.5/5 .. basics but no luxury … no coffee machine in rooms or at buffet .. Not really impressive in-house reefs .. so if you are looking for snorkeling at the beach , you may be disappointed .. no water activities ..

Away from the busy Hurghada not too many kids and enough swimming pools and chairs for everyone on the pool area and on the beach.

The food didn’t impress me, the only thing they could improve is the quality and the variety of the food.

Burkieni is not allowed in the couples or adult area. Which is very racisit. Even for honeymooners its such a downside.

The beach is nice, long, wide and quiet despite there are no big reefs but is is really nice.

The staff. Reception staff: my mother arrived 30 minutes before me (booking was at my name) and they did not give her wifi password as the check in was not done yet; this is a very poor attitude. Aqua center. They arejust looking at grabbing money from guests. I am kitesurfer with my own gear and they asked me 70 euro for beach use...i then told them this is a joke, took my car drove 10 km amd paid 10 USD for a better service in a nearby kite center. Then they are offering trips which you can pay 50% less outside; just go on getyourguide

The staff is exceptional Everyone from the front desk staff, to the waiters, to the beach attendants is very well trained, attentive, and really taking care of the property and the guestsWe felt very well taken care of.The buffet for all meals had a big variety of options.Great pool and beach separation for families with kids and those who want a quiet adult zone. Beautiful location overall!

Smoking is allowed outside, even in the restaurant's outdoor tables. Common at most locations in Egypt.

Everything! Staff was very helpful and accommodating, hotel was clean and modern, food was versatile and tasty.

The hotel was amazing and its location was very good, the main restaurant has a variety of food and it was fresh and tasty, the hotel staff were excellent starting from the early check in to helping us with late check out and they also upgraded the room to sea view room which was perfect.

We spent unforgettable moments at Hotel Baron. Our room had a stunning sea view, and from the balcony we enjoyed the full spectrum of turquoise water colors and the beauty of the garden. The beach is by far the most beautiful we have seen on the Red Sea, even compared to many luxury hotels we have stayed at before. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and a unique vibe. We especially loved the beach bar, where in the evenings we listened to live, intimate music while watching the full moon reflecting on the calm surface of the sea. It is a truly magical place that allows you to completely relax and quiet your mind. We already miss it and will definitely return! Thank you. Ahmed & Ewelina
