The open buffet restaurants are much better than the à la Carte restaurants

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunny Days.The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good with a nice variety.The room was big, clean, and very comfortable , I was surprised in a good way.Room service was great, and I want to thank Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed for being so polite and helpful.One of the best things was having access to the three hotels and all their facilities.The beach was amazing and the sea was super clean.The aqua parks were fun and made the stay even better.The gym was amazing , very clean, with new and well-maintained machines.The lifeguards were always attentive, keeping their eyes on the guests. They were also very helpful and friendly talkers. I really want to thank all of them, especially the team at the big aqua park.

The food was good, but it needs more variety. Overall, I was still very pleased with it.There were no bottled waters available, only cups that we had to refill from the bars, which was quite inconvenient for my kids and also for me. However, room service handled this politely and professionally.The animation team needs to be more entertaining and engaging. ( Boring )The staff were friendly, but they seemed very exhausted because of the heavy crowd at the dining areas.The safety box was closed and i asked for opening it many times with no response or caring !!

The food was good during lunch and Dinner The beach was good

1- the room AC wasn't working properly although we called the technician many times but still not working 2- the pool was not clean and my girl got an infection 3- the unorganized system in the pool , you cannot find a place to stay although there are a lot of chaiselong available and kept with a towel or a sneaker 4-lots of people are going to the pool with their clothes and underwear 5- people are eating and drinking in the pool 6- the sea as well lots of people going with their clothes and underwear 7- the Alcohol served is not good a very cheap one with no taste (bolonaki) as if it's whiskey 8- AC in the Andalusia restaurant isn't working, and everyone was sweating 9- Unorganized system in the restaurant and lots of food is not eaten 10- lots of noise and screaming in the restaurant 11- 2 coffee machine is only working although their a lot of people

Wonderful Stay at Sunny Days – Second Year in a Row!This is my second time staying at Sunny Days Hotel, and every time they exceed my expectations!The reception was outstanding – special thanks to Mr. Hamdy, Mr. Mahmoud, and Mr. Mohamed El-Sayed for their warm welcome and professionalism. They truly made me feel at home from the very first moment.Also, the room service, led by Alem, was exceptional – fast response, friendly attitude, and impeccable cleanliness.The place is extremely clean, and the food is delicious and varied.Honestly, the whole experience deserves more than 5 stars, and I highly recommend Sunny Days to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service.Thank you, Sunny Days! Looking forward to seeing you again next year! ??

The réception and it`s people Rawan and Hamdy are great people who truly made our vacation, the sea, the pools of the sister hotels are great as well, the renovated rooms are awesome as well. Atito from the housekeeping kept our rooms very clean, and provided us with ultimate service with his manage Mr Mahmoud Gameaa. The renovated rooms are awesome, the hotel is currently under renovation but well organized. You have to understand that it`s 3 stars hotel and put your expectations based on that and you will ultimately find that it exceeds your expectations. Also the Aquapark for children was amazing and makes it unique place considering that it`s a 3 stars resort.

The bar man (Andrew) in the reception is totally untrained, not dedicated, and not professional, trying to make guests requests very hard to push them far away even with water requests in temp 35c.

Please notice that it`s a 3 stars resort with facilities of 3 hotels including 2 4 stars hotels, based on the fact that it`s a 3 stars hotel, it`s a perfect value, swimming pools and believe me it`s one of the most wonderful seas (beach) in the world. The reception staff is fantastic especially Mr. Hamdy and Ms. Rawan, who provide exceptional service and hospitality that matches with 5 starts hotels. The bill man service as well is being handled by great experienced people who give advice on how to best use the three resorts specially Mr Mohamed El Sayed and Mr Shabban.

Some rooms need immediate renovation, some appliances don't work properly, but the renovation is going nowadays, so we expect that this great place will keep its fantastic vibes and based on the offered price it`s a great deal.

We had breakfast at the restaurant, but we didn't have enough Egyptian pounds. We planned to pay in US dollars. We signed the bill with the room number, but the amount was in Egyptian pounds. We questioned why it wasn't in US dollars, and the waiter said don’t worry, we would pay in US dollars when we checked out, the front desk staff forced us to pay in Egyptian pounds, refusing to acknowledge the promise of US dollars from the restaurant waiter, but we didn't have Egyptian pounds. Why don't you accept US dollars? And the front desk staff is rude . I will tell everyone on our social media not to come

The hotel is so equipped and suitable for everyone families or couples and the restaurant is exceptional big thanks to Mr From reception and Mr. Mohammad Alsayed from concierge!!! ??

You get access to sister hotel Palma and Palacio pools and restaurants. Breakfast is very good with a lot of food variety. Pools are clean. Workers are kind and ready to help, especially young guy Yousuf who always helped us with our bags.

Laundry service was impossible to get. After speaking to laundry several times through telephone and even trying through reception workers who helped me by calling laundry directly, no one ever came to the room to pick up clothes for washing.They also have a silly policy that they close pools at 6 PM while sunset is at 7:20 PM

It's such a great hotel for family,nice staff , clean rooms and food is nice also

They have Disabled facilities.All the facilities were extremely good.The resort have everything you can need.No need to go outside the resort to enjoy and have fun, as the brought you everything inside to have fun.Night show, beach fun, big size restaurants, different kind of food to mach all guests, drinks, beach bars, and snacks beach restaurant to have variety of snacks with a gorgeous seaview.

They don't have a lot of beach chairs to have, you have to go and catch yours as early as you can to reserve one. Because all guests are running to find places to seat, as if you could catch yours you will not find anything.Dissatisfied; the guests are reserved the chairs from 6 AM or from at night and putting their towels and disappearing for around 6 or 7 or 8 hours and the rest can't find and place to seat.The only thing the the need to improve is that the have Free internet ONLY in the lobby and is very slow because all guests can have access to the same network.They have a paid internet as well.

Pleasant

I stayed at this resort and overall the experience was very good, if not for the ongoing renovations. The resort is beautiful and the service was excellent, but we were placed in a somewhat isolated area, and the nearby elevator was not working, which was inconvenient, especially with kids. There was also a lot of noise and dust due to the renovation work, which affected the comfort and relaxation. Hopefully, once the renovations are complete, the experience will be much better, as the place has great potential.
