    • Beach area.
    • I liked the availability of everything
    • Omar the taxi driver from the hotel was waiting to transport me. He was on time and as a female solo traveller, I felt safe.I loved the trip to the beach on the tuk-tuk, and the. each bar there.Food was varied and very nice.Thank you for a lovely time

    Cons -

    • Rooms cold and drafty, poor condition of room facilities, no pool view because of trees, which we paid extra for. Food choice not great, bar area external with no interior warm areas to sit and enjoy. Bar area very noisy until early hours 0230 some nights. Music played around pool area very loud and suitable for only young teenagers. Paid for room upgrade but items which should have been included was not there eg mini bar, pool view bigger room, satalite TV. Our room was exactly like all other rooms but cost me a lot extra, manager disagreed and offered us a free meal although we were AI !!! Will not be going back thats a definite.
    • Security interferes in every detail and their looks are terrifying، Food is cold، Soup is like water
    • Unfortunately the food was poor and at times cold kitchen seemed to struggle keeping everything topped up ..shame

Very good value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly and not only asked for feed back for improvements, but acted on them almost immediately. The free transfers to the beach were such fun and very regular. A great variety of food with different dishes every day.

Water in the wimming pool was cold

Some of the staff were very friendly, pool and beach area with free shuttle service. Clean beach.

Some of the staff weren't very friendly. I was annoyed with activity sellers (massage, diving, etc) but I suppose they are obligated to do it. I wish the staff at the kitesurfing store were more honest about the wind forecast. It would've been better to recommend me to push the private class I booked one day later to enjoy the time and money to practice the sport. As soon as we payed for diving, there was a sudden change of dive sites... Not nice. Again unreliable. Doing business is just a hassle...

It's a 20 min walk to the beach or you can take a free shuttle from the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of the desert so there's no where to walk outside the hotel unless you buy a tour. But if you're looking for relaxing and no shopping then this is the place. The hotel has a bit of wear and tear but nothing alarming. The pool area and beach are nice and clean. The food included in the all-inclusive-package is acceptable considering the price. I would say it's value for money but don't expect anything exceptional.

Half of the staff are not very friendly (the other half is). They seam burned out and tired of dealing with tourists. The level of English is very low, which can lead to pointless misunderstandings. Tours in reception are overpriced, better find, and buy the same tour online. When I arrived at 2 in the morning, the receptionist told me that the hotel was overbooked and that I would have to spend the first night in a neighbouring hotel. He didn't apologise for the inconvenience at all but just said that it was very normal as if I were an idiot not understanding that. In general, the employees in the reception don't seem to have patience or much sympathy. In spite of this I would recommend the hotel since there are also very friendly employees.

Excellent facilities. Staff is incredibly friendly and meals and bar facilities is excellent with a wide variety to cater for every one ❤️I liked the shuttle service with very friendly drivers who played amazing music and taught us a few Arabic phrases. The beach is impeccable and the property is immaculately clean and well tended their gardens

So far I don’t have any complaints it is incredible and I would whole heartedly recommend anyone to have a stay at the property.

The restaurant’s staff are very professional and smiley

The hotel is not deserve the value I baid for, the room is very tide and am not satisfied about the cleanness, moreover the cleaning staff are very noisy and they have to wake you up nocking the door too much non stopping.

Beach, Clean, decent, staff, great management system, friendly, happy & fun atmosphere.

Late checkin due to payment mis-terms & technical issue to Booking, actually it was the worst experience with Booking.com, I have booked 2 double rooms but the reservation was saying it is a single with the rate of double, then booking.com charge me extra 45$ fraud money for absoultely NOTHING!!!

For me at first I didn't want to go to that hotel but from the first night I fall in love with its people i.e everyone working there. I felt home there. Big up to the waitress Mohamed, Taha and the rest my heart goes out for you guys.Big up Bar waitress Amr and i think his name was mohamed, Big up to the receptionist Khaled. i liked everything from the reception to the room to the restaurant i loved it. it was a calm hotel if you looking for a peace of mind and at days entertainment than this is the hotel.

too many mosquito, no bus goes to the city so you have to look for a taxi the hotel should make a bus that goes to the city at given times, to bring the price for the room bar down, two small chocolates and one sprite for £7 no good at all.

    7hanyPosted on: 5-2-2024

    Clean calm and good staff

Food was average at bestNot a lot of variety and drinks were local brands so not the best either

I was given the same room as one year ago, and things slightly improved, but this old and tired resort has a long way to go to match competitors such as the Wadi Lahmy Resort much further south. Food is a hit and miss, but the Oriental Evening the hotel had organised was splendid - any efforts they make goes quiet a stretch. It seems the cost is due to Makadi being regarded as a posh location but most guests would probably come because of the convenience.

This hotel is consistently falling behind and requires an update in all aspects. Covered parking would have been nice, too. I hope they soon start implementing the Ministry's directives on making Red Sea Resorts green, this hotel will benefit from these regulations; having the water run for up to 10 minutes before it gets warm is not acceptable for any place in the desert.

The beach access. The swimming pool. The connection with the other hotels.

There wasn’t too many food options at the main restaurant. Internet works only at the lobby.

Hotel grounds lovely also pool area and food choice

Having to travel by shuttle to adjoining Hotel for lunch everyday. No heated pool again had to travel to sister hotel. Reception staff not very helpful. No plug socket only one in room which could be used, had to move kettle across room to heat.

Beautiful architecture, and room decor, tranquil- caters for lower middle-class tourists, and showing its age. Reception is a huge disappointment.

No internet in the rooms, feels like the 20th century. Reception charged me twice and then delayed refund beyond the time they suggested. Takes 15 minutes for water to get warm, reception response "no problem". This hotel is not using resources such as water responsibility and should be avoided by those who care for Egypt's resources. The buffet style breakfasts were fantastic with a choice of just about anything you can think of and lots of vegetarian options too. We ate lunch down at the beach most days from the little snack van and the pizzas were above and beyond what you'd expect. Dinner however was a little less consistent, especially for veggies like myself. The buffet on the Oriental night was absolutely fantastic and we would all have been happy to eat that every day, but we appreciate that it may not have been everyone's choice. The rooms were lovely and freshly decorated with comfortable beds, clean towels daily and plenty of storage. The grounds were full of beautiful bushes and plants which were being attended to constantly, in fact the whole place was very well cared for. Lemon and Soul is by far and away the best all inclusive hotel we've stayed in for the reason that it didn't have the sometimes sterile impersonal feel to it that others can do. It felt more like a guest house which is more the type of accommodation we would go for out of choice.

There really wasn't much to complain about at all except a loo brush in the bathroom would have been handy, if we were to nit pick.

Great hotel, have stayed before, sad to see it so empty. Hotel staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners, pool staff, really great.Food was good, room was good, Gala dinner on New Years eve was done really well, the fact it was 3 hotels together, well done to all the staff ❤

All the extra costs, mini bar, orange juice, roof top bar, should be all included

The cleaning and shuttle staff were lovely, no problem checking in although we were very early.

The wine was not very nice.
