The in-compound beach is so closeThe facilities and the food quality are top notch The cleanliness and attentiveness of staff made the stay so much easier.Hotel organizes airport pick up and drop off that may sound pricier than uber but it’s much safer and uber drivers will likely scam you so stick with the hotel ! There is a good book selection and nice animation team ! Wake up early to catch all the fun !

There’s a lot of mosquitoes but the staff was very accommodating and helped us get repellant each night.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in both the Royal Suite and the Family Room, and no matter the room, we always felt the same warmth and genuine hospitality.The food was absolutely amazing — each dish was a delight. A special thanks to Executive Chef Mostafa for his exceptional choices. His menus are not only classy and tasteful, but also reflect a deep attention to detail and a real passion for quality.And of course, the staff were beyond exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and care made us feel completely at home. Mr. Mina and the team, Mr. Ashraf and the team , big big thank you ??It’s rare to find a place that consistently makes you feel this welcome. We can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was just perfect

Staff extremely attentive/amazing and can't do enough for you (all without expecting a tip)!Food quality in general pretty good with decent variety.Very relaxing/tranquil atmosphere setting. 5 minute walk to nice beach area which facilitates for all hotels in that area.Area is beautiful in its own village setting, feels very safe.Complex well set out and all areas perfectly accessible easily within 1/2 minute walk for all rooms.

1. Like the majority of hotels in Egypt, lacking distinctive taste when it comes to European and Asian foods.....eg (no/very little herbs (basil)/garlic/tomato in the lasagne, curry lacking any sort of spice layering or character to distinguish its taste.2. Rooms quite basic and a little tired in places (cracked tile/s, lack of decor/quality furniture/water damage to doors, to give it its 5-Star rating).3. No aircon inside at dinner time (evening) until I mentioned it and had it turned on.4. Only a very small beach allocation for the hotel for seats/sunbathing making it uncomfortable and not private.Limited All Inclusive drinks menu and in room refreshments payable!5. Poor quality evening entertainment and no stage/limited lighting/effects. Basic for a 5 Star hotel.6. Spa chargeable (apart from 1st 30 mins) and not available for children.7. No lift access despite having 3 floors. We were on the 3rd floor with a family of 6 with a pushchair.

The staff were amazing—very friendly and accommodating. You truly feel like you're visiting family while on vacation. The food was excellent in both variety and taste. Beach is so nice and sandy. A big thank you to all the hotel leaders; you are doing an outstanding job! Spa was also Amazing, although it was a bit pricey but good.

This is our first time in the hotel and for sure will not be the last.they were above and beyond to make our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us which made us very happy and valued.A special shoutout to Mr Ali from the front office team who was incredibly friendly and made everything for us, his attentiveness and friendly demeanor added so much to our experience also his warm welcome and personal touch made us feel right at home from the start. Also special thanks to all the team who helped us and guided us for everything we needed.When we took about food nothing compared to jaz makadi star & spa , I can’t express how amazing and delicious the food was starting from the breakfast which had exceptional variety till the dinner. The staff in the restaurant also made sure that we had everything we needed during our meals.The level of care and hospitality from the entire team is what makes this place stand out. It’s rare to find out such genuine, thoughtful service where you feel like more than just a guest.We can’t wait to return for our next stay. Highly recommended.

The food was absolutely perfect, delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was just perfect, from the service to the comfort of the hotel. The mini clud was a little bit boring, not too much things for the children, my room was not always with hot water, the hairdryer was not working, otherwise it's nice hotel!

The food quality and variety were great compared to similar hotels. Very clean and the staff was attentive to our needs.

Our last day here today and we’ve had the most amazing time. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and always provide super quick service. We’ve had ants come into our room, AC issues and broken glass etc and they’ve always fixed it within 10-15 mins!As we have small children, our holiday has been a bit hectic but staff have always helped out where possible, especially being very patient during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant staff were great. The reception manager Mina was amazing too, always checking in to see if we were okay.Food was great, always a wide variety to choose from and different themes daily.Pools were clean and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and pool bar was brilliant! I just wish there was more for kids to do in the pool as it’s quite basic. They do have a water park nearby though, and the shuttle is every half hour.Location is good as hurghada town is only half hour drive, they do a shuttle to this for 9 euro per person return or can arrange private taxis as well.Other hotels nearby as we were in a hotel zone so we were able to go to the other restaurants and shisha bar etc. lots of shops (reasonably priced if you haggle) within 5 mins walk as well as a clinic and pharmacy which we ended up needing due to mosquito bites. I didn’t think it was worth going out to Hurghada town to shop as we did this and it was more expensive than the local shops near hotel!The entertainment at the hotel was good, as was the entertainment at Saraya hotel (we were able to access this while at the shisha bar). They also have playgrounds and a kids club which my children loved! Especially the paper flower making.The beach is a 10 mins walk from the hotel but we had to go through another hotel to access it, this was the only negative really.Overall brilliant stay! I would definitely come back here and recommend to all my friends and family!

Our stay at Jaz Makadi Spa was simply amazing! The animation team made the whole experience even more fun — full of energy, positive vibes, and great with both kids and adults. Every day was full of activities, laughter, and great shows at night.The pool and beach were spotless and very well organized. The beach is sandy and calm, perfect for swimming and relaxing, while the pool is large and beautiful, with plenty of space to chill or join the activities.The food was excellent — rich variety, fresh ingredients, and great taste. Every meal was enjoyable, and the service staff were extremely friendly and attentive.We had a great dinner at Al Yasmin restaurant, Ahmed the waiter made it more special Mina Karam, Hossam, Ali and all the reception staff were overwhelming.Overall, it’s a top-notch resort — clean, vibrant, and full of life. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and have fun.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was beautifully maintained, with clean and modern facilities throughout. I especially loved the spacious, well-decorated room — the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect too, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The pool area was a highlight — relaxing, clean, and well-serviced. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The food was ok, everything was delicious and varied, apart from the sushi which we weren't able to finish from how bad it was, and the bread sometimes tasted stale.Distance from the beach was convenient, however the water was riddled with jelly fish.The pool was heated and enjoyable even in the cold windy weather.Some of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. But there were others that were rude and unhelpful.

Some of the staff, especially the ones at the food buffet or the reception were rude at times.Had to be called back and forth for the room readiness during checkin. They would call me that it's ready, and when I reach the reception to receive the access card they would tell me not yet, this happened twice.Room was old and had a broken shower head handle, dirty drain, and a broken table.Spa massage was disappointing. Especially considering the price range. I booked 2 hours, and canceled the second hour from how bad the experience was.

The staff was very nice, The hotel staff did their best to ensure your satisfaction.The hotel beach was very nice, there was a reef right in front of it, snorkeling was very nice. The fact that the hotel has snorkeling equipment is an added bonus.

When we made the hotel reservation, we made the reservation because it was a spa hotel, we learned that we were only allowed to use it once during our stay, no such information was given anywhere when making the reservation, and its name is a spa hotel, we were disappointed about this, it is a ridiculous practice. The aquapark is very nice but the aquapark restaurants you can use in the aquapark are bad, the food is very bad, hygiene is bad, it does not suit the Jazz group at all, they can improve it more. Not everything is included in the hotel's minibar, this is also a deficiency. The main restaurant had a variety of food but lacked flavor. Still, you can find something to satisfy your hunger.

The staff were very good, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had some excellent food in the restaurant with very good variety. Everything was really clean too.

Beach area was a little bit small and the actual hotel doesn’t directly front onto the beach like a lot of the others and we would have preferred. The evening entertainment was also not really our thing and on a very small scale.
