Very quiet, nice guests, amazing staff, friendly and attentive. The Christmas and New Year’s celebrations were fun and festive, food was good and plentiful

The managers of the Front Office Mr. Mina Maher and Mr. Hossam Saad did an extraordinary job to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The territory is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were always cleaned properly and on time, and fresh beach towels were delivered to the room every day. The bay is excellent, with clear water and an interesting underwater world for snorkeling. Overall, a great place for a relaxing vacation!

The only downside is that the gym closes at 7 p.m., and the tennis courts are available only until 8 p.m. It would be much better if they stayed open longer, for example until 10 p.m.

The welcome was amazing. Pools are clean with friendly life guards and an amazing animation team. Clean rooms. Perfect service everywhere. Great variety in food. Overall amazing.

Maybe the connecting rooms aren’t the biggest and the TVs aren’t really updated.

Rather small hotel with nice territory and close to the sea.Good food

-It was declared that one of the pool are heated. That’s true, but temperature was not comfortable.-it was declared spa, but actually it’s located far from the hotel and the cost is high - I have booked room with one big bad, it was ignored, and when I notified, they told me me “ok, we will bring the cover for mattress” but never did

I did not go iberotel because of they did not give a room... bookin.com called me and suggest another otels around iberotel....then I went serenity alpha otel and stay there....but today booking.com or iberotel took 1041 usd from my credit card...how can I handle this stiuation...05321564650

staff, special thanks to Mr.Mina the front office manager was really helping for some issues, Chief Abdul Maksoud, Chief Ahmed, all waiters team are so nice and smiling all times, housekeeping, they really made our stay so comfy and arranged for my daughter birthday in a surprise way and all things was so organized, Hotel location is so nice, the view from room was great, hotel facilities are much and easy, food was very good, beach, bool, everything…

Really great staff! The food was great - the Chef Mohamed Taha is excellent. Very good place if you want to snorkel. We also liked the evening entertainment. All in all very good experience.

Very helpful and great staff, very tasty and varied food, probably one of the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, it was very windy, so we couldn't enjoy the sea. But you can't fight nature.

The property and our room were attractive, clean, and comfortable. The nearby water park (included) was fun.

Our main disappointment was that the pools were cold. Even the one heated pool was not comfortably warm. Management is not able to heat the pool beyond a certain point, which would normally be tolerable but because it was windy it reduced the water temp to the point that it was chilly. Also, no hot tub on-site, and using an indoor jacuzzi at another location required getting daily passes. The vast majority (like 99%) of guests here were German, and the staff were fluent in German but many struggled with English. We were constantly addressed by staff in German, and had to politely inform them we didn’t speak it. This was mostly navigable, but made putting in special requests (drink orders, for example) a bit challenging.Speaking of drinks, we found the cocktails very weak (probably to be expected at an all-inclusive), and the bartenders inexperienced and bar stock and equipment limited. Pretty sure the Tom Collins was just gin with Sprite, for instance, and the Pina Colada was served over ice instead of blended. When we tried to explain that we wanted ours frozen/blended like it should be, we wound up getting warm drinks with no ice at all.

I love the staff, atmosphere, food, they let you feel that you are home and yet everything is at your service.Full of surprises everyday, entertaining for all ages.3 restaurants on the beach, each one is better than the other with different themes everyday.

Honestly nothing, it is my 3rd visit and will be coming every opportunity.

Exceeded my expectations. Top notch service, great location, very clean. Very comfortable for solo travel !

We stayed in the hotel for 7 days, every day there was cleaning. The main restaurant has delicious varied food. During the day they held classes on stretching or yoga, evening animation after dinner. The staff was very attentive, sociable, polite, unobtrusive. Very beautiful well-kept territory with various plants, there is even a mini garden with herbs. Wi-Fi was available everywhere, you could watch movies online.

The rooms are a bit tired. There is a kettle and tea and coffee bags in the room upon arrival, but after that the tea bags are not added. There is no shoe shovel.
