What we lovedRooms:The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and cleanliness was well-maintained throughout our stay.DrinksAmple water, sodas, juices at our disposal, housekeeping staff filled our fridge to the brim, so we don't get thirsty!Staff:About 95% of the staff were absolutely terrific—accommodating, respectful, and great with kids. The remaining few seemed less enthusiastic, but we didn’t have any bad experiences overall.Activities & Entertainment:The VR experience and theme park were excellent, and the kids enjoyed them the most.Transportation:The shuttle bus service around the resort was convenient, and most drivers were cheerful and helpful.Check out was seamless!The heated pool works! but too cold outside, due to the wind, if we could breathe underwater, it would be amazing.the unheated pools were like an ice bath challenge, plunge if you dare!

What could be betterFoodI felt the meals were too repetitive, many were bland for our taste. i would give it a 6/10they could be abit more creative and avoid the repetition.Check in took around 90 minutes or so, we were however asked to go to the cafeteria and have something to eat or drink, but after having a loooong day on the drive, we would have liked to go straight to the room.The AtmosphereIt was buzzing throughout the day, after dinner, the music got abit too loud for my liking, but most of the other people love that.Spa staff: Way tooooo many people approached us offering their services, to the point it got annoying.

The hotel staff were amazing, special thanks to Ahmed Rashwan & Eslam Ebeid ‘aka Ghazal’ for their amazing reception, super friendly chat, quick checkin, and free upgrade !!, i mean come on guys <3Also Ahmed Abdelrady explained every detail about the hotel and recommendations with a big smile while helping us into our rooms so shout out to him as well :)The room was clean, facilities and varieties were on point, food is amazing, not a moment of boredom at this hotel !

Honestly nothing…:)I would recommend for the Jungle NeverLand Team if they could consider shifting the maintenance time of the slides that is currently from 12 to 2 pm to another time as this is the heat peak, or at least make the maintenance per area so we can enjoy any of the slides from 12 to 2 pm. Also for the Amusement Park, would be great if it stayed till 12 am instead of working only from 7 to 10 pm which doesn’t leave that much room for dinning and playing.

Amazing experience for families with kids alot of activities and things to do day and night nice food and snacks, helpful and attentive staff , great animation team our kids enjoyed their time so much and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend for families with children

I had an amazing experience at Never Land Hotel. Honestly, I felt so comfortable as if I was a friend of the hotel, not just a guest. Anything I asked for, they did it with a smile. I’m really proud that Egypt has such a place with this level of hospitality. There’s always something entertaining to do, the food is super delicious, and honestly, I couldn’t find a single negative thing about the place.Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ahmed and Ahmed Hany at the reception for their outstanding support and warm welcome. You really made my stay unforgettable.

It would be great if there were a variety of food.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and decorated in calming colors, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms are well-maintained, fully functional, and hygienic. The food is varied and of good quality, with only minor improvements needed; overall, it is satisfactory and enjoyable.

The food was generally good, though I feel a bit more variety and small improvements could make it even better.

So many activities to enjoy – crazy river, bumper boats, VR games, and the aqua park with its handy float elevator – you really need a longer stay to try everything! The sandy beach at Dana Beach was clean and perfect for snorkeling, and even my daughter preferred it over the pool. Special thanks to Ahmed Rashwan at reception for his kindness and support, and to the Master Chef at Le Marche Restaurant for making sure we could still have dinner when we arrived late. Truly a memorable stay!

Delicious food, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Reception always helped us with everything, and the shuttle bus made it easy to move around. We stayed at Alf Leila Wa Leila but could use all the facilities at Jungle – restaurants, aqua park, and VR games. A perfect family-friendly stay!

We extended our stay and loved it even more! The Beauty and the Beast dinner show was fantastic, and the animation team were so cheerful. Tarek from housekeeping made us smile with a lovely towel bird, and Ahmed Rashwan at reception kindly helped us move to a closer room for my elderly mother. Great experience all around!

The unique design of the hotel and vast area it is based on, the staff were very friendly especially Mr ahmed at the reception desk. We were overwhelmed by the amount of things to do here, you have the aquapark, pools, beach, amusement park as well as the neverland show which we really enjoyed. There's always a restaurant working that serves you during the day and many restaurants to choose from, I would definitely repeat my visit.

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed the experience. The reception staff, especially Ahmed Rashwan, was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The hotel is full of fun activities and we enjoyed every minute, especially the VR games and amusement rides. All activities close at 11 PM so we couldn’t try everything, but we will definitely extend our stay

My room wasn’t clean sheets and towels are very dirty had a strange smell , food are average, stuff was sometimes rude , they closed the AC and lights while dinner because we came late , I asked for toothbrush four times with no response , The AC in my children room stopped working they came after three hours later, it was my worst experience ever
