My stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is run by an incredible management team who set the highest standard for hospitality. Mohammed Omar, the Security Manager, Shady Aziz, the Assistant Manager, and Emad Shaker, the Manager, all demonstrated outstanding leadership, kindness, and professionalism throughout my stay. Their commitment to guest comfort and wellbeing is truly exemplary.The entire staff consistently showed warmth and genuine care, always ensuring we were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. A special mention must go to Moshaad Michelle, whose outstanding customer service and attention to detail made every moment feel smooth and enjoyable. His dedication and friendly attitude are a true asset to the resort.The hotel itself is immaculate — beautifully maintained, safe, and welcoming. The place was very good , good design and decorations , the animation team was amazing making your day funny and happy , the rooms were clean and relaxing with great view on the pool the aqua there was very good but they are few and finally the whole staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make every thing to assist you whenever you need them specially the receptionists and the manager.

I have been visiting this hotel in Hurghada on a yearly basis since 2013, and I can confidently say that it remains one of the most reliable and high-quality hotels I have ever stayed at.What truly stands out is not only the overall quality, but the continuous improvement year after year. Surprisingly, despite already having a strong standard, each visit shows clear enhancements compared to the previous one.The rooms are consistently well maintained, with noticeable upgrades in facilities and comfort over time. Cleanliness is always at a very high level, both in the rooms and across all hotel areas, which reflects strong management and attention to detail.Most importantly, the staff hospitality is exceptional. Every single year, the staff remain welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. Smiles are everywhere, and you can feel that guests are treated with respect and care, not just as customers but as valued visitors.Maintaining such a level of quality and still improving it year after year is not easy, and this hotel clearly succeeds in doing so. The experiment in Schtigenber Aqua is really unforgettable, everything in the hotel was done with perfection to make the stay amazing and wonderful, the reception staff are extremely professional and nice people, their are several restaurants with different varieties of international and oriental delicious food, the animation team is active all time and do whatever necessary to entertain the guests no matter what their age, the hotel full of different facilities to enjoy the staying with different amusement, thanks for the clinic service 24 hours which gave me the perfect medical treatment when necessary, so eager and can't wait to repeat this wonderful experiment one more time ?

We had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff, especially Bahaa Mohammed, the receptionist, for his professionalism and gracious hospitality. His attentiveness and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere and a great location.

Lots of different pool area

Room had only 4 hangers, there was no plug point beside mirror, only had 1 towel in room for 3 days, had to phone and ask for more towels. Water in room keep going cold. Hairdryer over heated when drying hair.Not all pool area were cleaned everyday.

Loved it! Sandy specially was very helpful at the reception, the room was great, facilities, beach and everything that we used.

The food can be better.

It was an amazing experience for the second time. I just wanted mention for the reception staff Bahaa Mahmoud he was above and beyond expectations he made my trip memorable. Also Mina Hani was very friendly and very kind and helpful. Also Hossam from the catering staff the most polite and most respectful.

Maybe it was a bit chaotic during Christmas dinner but everything went well at the end.

Property is very spacious and filled with amenities, every corner has a pool and a bar. Very clean, good restaurants, excellent service.

Exceptional for families with children. Staff are outstanding. First time in an all inclusive and the food was plentiful and space accommodated large crowds.

Lack of map and detail pertaining all amenities and areas to visit. We discovered the beach on our own and we wish we knew how to get to it sooner.

The food almost every day a bit same .. my daughter after second day she don’t like to ate in the hotel anymore ( we have all inclusive) but I have to take her out everyday
