Lack of professionalism, guest care, and effective problem-solving

We experienced a very long and unresolved check-in due to a voucher issue that staff and management would not help resolve, even though the reservation was paid in full. Our family waited over three hours with young children and elderly relatives, with no assistance or hospitality offered. Poor communication, key errors, smelly room and lack of guest care made this stay unacceptable.We had stayed at another nearby resort the previous week with the exact same situation, which was resolved in minutes. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, guest care, and effective problem-solving. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort.

Smoking! If you are a non smoker there’s no haven for you. Tiny strip at restaurant or lobby but still you will have hard time escaping even on your balcony.

The hotel is very modern, spacious rooms, and has vibrant atmosphere for families. Food choices are abundant and delicious. Swimming pools are endless and have varieties for all ages.

The beach umbrellas could have been placed staggered in each row so that each row has some view of the water.

The staff is amazing, make you feel so welcomed. I had a baby with me and was so worried about how clean everything would be. It was exceptional. The beach was perfect and the pool was super clean. The receptionist people were so nice from the moment we came in, we felt like this was going to be a great vacation and it really was!

Overall space of the resort isn’t huge, so everything is near each other restaurants, pools, rooms and reception. You will not have to do effort and walk a lot especially during hot days.

The elevators is not working well, 2 different elevators stopped working when I was in and we remain for 10 min stuck inside, I informed the receptionists and it was like a normal and expected thing to happen although it was horrible to us especially that my children were with me inside.

The reception staff were very kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The animation team needs improvement, especially in how they interact and communicate with guests.

The place is spacious and had everything I needed, so I didn’t feel the need to leave. The food was amazing and the area felt very safe for children.

The spa prices were too high, and the kids’ area could use more activities to keep children entertained.

Food could be a bit better. Some of the food were salty and some had no salt at all. However, the Asian cuisine was a lot better than the Italian and middle eastern cuisines

There are three all-inclusive restaurants: we liked the oriental one better than the Asian one, and we didn't go to the Italian one (I live in Milan and cook all year round). "À la carte" meals need to be booked in advance, as does the spa, so we were too lazy to check them. The sea and pools are open from morning until sunset (around 5 p.m. in winter). The temperature was 22-24 °C (based on feeling and previous experience from outdoor swimming): the deeper, the colder. 23C feels cold, if you just stay, or swim longer than 30 minutes (IMHO). But on a sunny day for a 15-minute swim/snorkeling, it is OK. Enough space to swim, even during low tide. The boats do not disturb at all. The pools are heated (except for one). It's clean, quiet after 10 p.m., and the food is delicious. I saw vegan and dietic options. Everyone is very polite, introduces themselves, and talks about themselves. Very cute. The hotel is claimed to be especially good "for families with <7-year-old kids"; this might be true, but it fits other types of travellers as well.Side comment, I liked the design and the smell of the lobby!

Perhaps even too much attention: I know about diving, the spa, and that I can call reception! Given Egypt's ubiquitous tipping system, it can sometimes be annoying, as you feel obligated. But this is hardly a drawback of this particular hotel, more like the spirit of Egypt. For people sensitive to the smell/presence of chlorine - be prepared - the tap water (and also pools, showers, etc.) is quite chlorinated**. Much stronger than in the hotel in Cairo, where we went later, for example. But if you used to go to indoor pools 10-15 years ago, you wouldn't even notice. Just don't drink it!**I googled it later. Egypt actually regulates the amount of chlorination. Most places keep it way below the international limits, but above the recommendations. Better safe than no smell... But the actual amount may differ from place to place, of course. So it's more like a comment, not criticism.

The resort was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and full of energy. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the pools and beach were perfect, and the food variety was excellent. We felt truly welcomed every day.

Only the breakfast box for early departures could be improved. Everything else was amazing.

all was perfect the staff was more than awesome love the stay definitely will be back again, special thanks for mr. shady at reception helped us at out stay and upgrade our rooms to royal suite

Its very clean, organized and a very good value for money for sure. Sunbeds are always available both beach and pools, it is quite although its mostly families with kids but still you can enjoy peace of mind. Food is delicious and varied and the foodcourt is a fantastic idea. Room cleaning done very well.

Nothing about the hotel its self but for me was the vibe of families and senior couples which is nothing wrong with that but not my vibe and i was not motivated to do anything.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Very child friendly and a lot of activities tailored for kids. Good choice of food and menu was different every day.

Spa staff should be more customer friendly when it comes to price negotiation. They tried to charge us more than previously agreed amount, claiming it was GBP, when it was clearly written EUR.
