Amazing Hotel. Great Staff, Great Fodd, Great Relaxing atmosphere. Highly reccomend for anyone looking for a top class Adult only hotel that is very chilled out and where the staff take care of your every need,

We liked everything about his hotel. Nothing we didn't like... everything about the hotel is great.

The property is just Amazing! Food variety was on point, most importantly Mr. Hanna from the guest relations was such an exceptional staff member if we will return one day it will be for the customer experience we have received from him, this guy should get a proper increase and put him on succession plan. All staff were actually so friendly in the hotel

The TV screen was not smart! Value for money on this part is very poor! How come we cannot find a place to watch Egypt match in?! No screen in the whole facility streaming the national match?! Also, screen in the room is very old and the cable channels were very limited. This has letterly ruined our vacation since we couldn’t watch anything.Wifi also needs an improvement since its not covering the whole facility.

5th visit to this hotel. If you’re looking for a relaxing break at an Adult hotel, first class food, excellent service and a very chilled atmosphere than can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Great holiday – yet again. We keep going back to this hotel as it is exactly what we are looking for in a short break. We were there for 5 nights over New Year.

We liked everything - its why we keep going back !

The layout of the hotel, the extensive gardens and the beach were great. Even the fact that apart from the buffet the hotel has speciality restaurants which could be pre-booked is great. Hanna Reyad took great care of us to book the restaurants. Since we had an early flight, a pre-packed breakfast was also waiting for us on the last day.

Good service and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with nice sea view. Good food and many restaurant options. Wonderful pool area and resort surroundings

We had an amazing stay at Makadi Spa. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, and so spacious! We truly enjoyed our time, going for diving trips, relaxing at the private beach right in front of the hotel, and eating a lot of great food at the different restaurants. Our butler, Hanna, made everything so easy: he was very responsive to all our concerns and questions and took care of everything for us, so we could 100% enjoy our holiday. He truly made our trip wonderful. We had a great time overall, and would definitely come back!

Amenities and service are very good.

The down point is the food, compared with other all inclusive, they have a lot to improve. The food is tasteless, the restaurants are not even trying to do a similar spanish / asian taste. It's like if everything was cooked separetly and thrn mixed on the plate.I mean not bad. But not good.

Just Wow!Before we came here we had talked about not doing anymore all inclusive holidays, for various reasons, but this place completely changed our minds and we're now planning on coming for a short break or having it as our main holiday once a year.It's a beautiful, impressive resort, we came at night so it was all lit up and looked and felt like luxury even before the taxi pulled up in front of the impressive entrance.We were met by friendly helpful staff and assigned a member of staff (Hanna) who was fantastic and helped book all our evening meals as well as anything we needed. He gave us his WhatsApp and we could contact him with anything we needed, he would sort out whatever he could or offer suggestions.He was invaluable and always quick to respond,He showed us to the restaurant so we could eat before it closed, then took us around the complex to show us the facilities, where all the restaurants and bars were and explain what is included and what is extra.All the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful, they really do help elevate your experience here and make the Red sea brand stand out ahead of brands like Be live, Pick albatross and other resorts we've been to.Our room was fantastic, with a large 3 room bathroom The toilet and shower are separated from the main sink area by doors which allow privacy for 2 people using it at the same time. There are plenty of products which are regularly replaced by the housekeeping staff.The bed was huge and immensely comfortable.There was a seat area with a large TV and the mini bar had large water, coke, sprite and Fanta orange.Outside there was a large shaded seating area and uncovered patio with 2 sunbeds, which we used to dry off our wet beach clothes and shoes.Beach towels are supplied in a handy beach bag and are collected/replaced daily by the housekeeping staff..

Absolutely nothing

Everything was perfect .Location , facility, food and mostly the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The place is super quiet, all the staff are helpful and cheerful ?Thanks to Mr. Hanna for the support and making sure everything is fine and perfect ??The food was great in the main restaurant with so many different kitchens; Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Egyptien and international? loved the stay there.

The Pools need some maintenance ?‍?

Great breakfast. Alot of choices in food and drink. Fresh squeezed orange juice was great.

The staff were rude when they figured out we were Egyptians from the USA. They were only nice to the Germans.

The place is excellent and Mr. Hannah is always there to help. Special thanks to him.The furniture needs to be renovated within the room and A/C as wellVariety of food is just amazing. So many different restaurants to choose from. The quality of the food is also great.Very quiet and relaxing.

Facility is impressive in terms of design and location. Rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect , the staff was so helpful and welcoming , the food is great , the butler mr henna was very professional and manager mr abdelmn3am was very caring and helpful . I would recommend this hotel for honeymooners

The AC wasnt working sufficently and the elevators need to be renewed . And also many tiles in the pool were missing

Staff are excellent and very polite. Many thanks to Mr. Hanna for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent.The food is great with great variety and taste. The a La Carte restaurant were amazing especially the Cove and the Asian restaurant. There was so many restaurants and bars in the hotel, you could never get bored.The beach and infinity pool were great.The suite is very spacious with a nice terrace with a sea and pool view.

The pool tiles need to replaced in the main pool.The bed mattresses are old and uncomfortable.

Freshly squeezed orange juice and smoked salmon at breakfast are just a couple of my personal favourites that set it apart. This year’s complimentary access to the spa is also a welcome touch — in the past, it was only available through paid massage sessions.Special thanks to Hanna Reyad, who was always available to help and whose incredible attention to all guests is something I haven't experienced anywhere else ever.

There’s nothing of real concern to mention. If I were to nitpick, a few loose pool tiles and slightly aged bathroom taps could use some attention, as they don’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. But these are minor details that in no way detracted from our overall experience.

High standards were applied to all functions and activities during our stay.Clean rooms with a huge space in a modern style. The infinty pool , with an amazing seaview. F&B with high quality and a continous foloow up from chefs. Friendly and helpful staff which is an impact to a high level of standards training.Finally , We highly recommend Makadi Spa Hotel to couples seeking a relaxing vacation.
