I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always smiling, available 24/7. I was allowed to check in early at 11 AM and had a late check-out at 6 PM, which was very convenient.Any request or issue I had was immediately handled by the reception team — their responsiveness was truly impressive.The bar and restaurant staff were always friendly and welcoming, and they never waited for tips to offer great service.The rooms were very clean, spacious, and furnished with modern furniture.The lifeguards at the pool were always on their feet, constantly watching to ensure the safety of all guests — a detail I really appreciated.The chefs at the restaurant were always smiling and attentive. They made sure that every food item was refilled immediately when it ran out, which made the dining experience smooth and pleasant.The food tasted good; it could use a bit more variety, but overall it was enjoyable.Special thanks to the animation team who worked tirelessly and with so much positive energy to keep the guests entertained all day long. They truly made the atmosphere fun and vibrant. A big shoutout to Ahmed Totti and Mido, who were especially energetic, engaging, and always brought a smile to everyone’s face. Their dedication and talent made each day more enjoyable — from morning activities to evening shows. They are truly the heart of the entertainment at the hotel!Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and a lively, enjoyable atmosphere!

Aqua park, my room location, hotel location, Beds mattress were so comfy, and I did get a free upgrade from garden view to pool.Check in was fast, The room service Amr which handles the rooms section 1700s was polite , friendly and smiles unlike all other staff members.

Very crowded, Poor animation shows , lobby sofas are not comfortable at all , all kinds of coffee drinks are below average they need to upgrade their coffee machines to have more drink options and use less bitter coffee, all other soft drinks are sometimes okay , sometimes they are very bad.Food Variety is okay but not the best, some days food is good and some days food is below average, in short lunch is always average, dinner is good , breakfast is the same daily but it has most of what you need, Snacks are very poor just hotdog sandwiches, and mini pizzas which takes forever to be made and the same daily just cheese.They needed to manage the reservation numbers as the hotel facilities seemed less than the number of people there, especially by the pool, sometimes we didn't find a place to sit or put our things , the same goes for the aqua.Staff need to smile, they don't ever ,they seemed upset most of the time.The ping pong table is broken and the rackets are very bad if you are a fan of the game.No kids play ground, no activity for the kidsThe animation stage is too small for the crowd.

Aqua is good and food is good

Alcohol is not for Arab even though we booked all inclusive from booking and the Turkish coffee is fees 50 EGP not including in all inclusive!

Rooms are out dated Amenities listed are not available The most rude staff I’ve ever experienced- Hany Morsy front desk manager along with the whole front desk team have zero customer service/hospitality skills.Staff wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager until I acted as if I was recording them saying “there are no managers here today’’ Food at the buffet looks as if was left overs from the day before There are random mattresses all over the hallway stacked to the ceiling

Varities of Swimming Pools , Kids Aqua Park Amazing, The Food was exceptional, varieties of food and restaurants and everything so tasty , many snacks for kids and ice cream.

Bathroom didn’t have hot water , sometimes a bad smell from toilets, tap water was broken But other wise the room was exceptional, very big and comfy

It has almost everything a person needs, and the swimming pools are large and beautiful, children’s games, a garden, and the beach, which is affiliated with a beautiful hotel.

But what I did not like is the cleanliness of the rooms from the inside, it is not very good, and the bathrooms are not clean. They should be more careful about eating in the restaurant. It is very bad. We could not eat there, even though our reservation was for ten days. Every time we went there to eat, we did not like it at all, and we went out to eat. In the hotel, there is not much cleanliness or care, because there are also many children and the world that do not respect food and cleanliness afterward, and this is an annoying matter. In the entrance hall there is also a lot of the world that is not clean and does not care about that, and there are children playing as if they are at a children’s party or kindergarten, and there are the voices of children and people a lot. They did not respect that it was a hotel and a children's park. I did not like that at a There is also a person there who is responsible for tourist trips at sea and safari, and we booked that trip with him, but he was not honest with us and told us that there are free hookahs on the safari with the reservation of that trip, but they did not accept that there and he told us that it is my fault, so pay for them there in the safari and I will give it to you. That amount was in the hotel, and when we came, he said that he would not be able to pay the amount, but we could buy a hookah in the hotel cafe without paying for it, and when we called him to tell him that we would go to the café in the hotel and the hotel, he started evading that and said, “I cannot do that,” and he lied to us. This was a very bad thing.

I recently spent five incredible nights and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything about my stay was perfect.What made my stay truly exceptional was the service from the staff, specially Najeb from reception, chef Naser from Palm Island restaurant, Najeh from housekeeping and animation staff, very special thanks to Sasha who makes my kids very happy.

Staff are friendly, clean room. Good location.

The aqua was not included, and it was not within the hotel. It was across the road. I have to pay extra if I want to use it. In my opinion, the aqua picture should not be there. It seems like misleading info.Food was not the greatest. Actually, it's not good for 5* hotel.

I booked and app dedicated the many by US dollars so i paid 10% extra for the bank I booked all inclusive but in the hotel hard drinks out of service and I paid

I got severely ripped off in the hotel pharmacy and paid $55 for antibiotics which were $9 in a local pharmacy. Disgusting behaviour.

The waiter has a bad attitude and the hotel doesn't handle things. A small problem occurred and was not solved in time. When I went to the boss, he said the boss was not here. It was a very bad trip.

staff should respect Egyptian people like the foreigners .I had 2 situations one with the clinic and reception staffI was injured with a glass from the beach and the doctor tried to remove it by a needle without any infection control measures ( not wearing even a gloves !) ?he was reluctant to give me local anasethetic !! very bad experience and poor communication skills.another situation from one of the guest she knocked our room door in very strange way and asked me in a rude way to keep the baby calm as he was cryingI complained to the reception the unprofessional way from hereThe response was will check the cameras and update you after a while he told me she knocked your door by mistake ! ?animation team , no activities all through the day- very poor

There was a variety in the types of food provided. The room was big and clean.

The hotel had lots of disadvantages: 1. The beach is pretty small and you can't swim in it. You can only walk in it, which wasn't interesting indeed. 2. The pool is pretty small as well, so it was always packed and hard to enjoy. 3. My room was supposed to have a garden view but I didn't see any types of gardens. My view was logs placed above each other, the back-side of the restaurant, and a guy who was grilling chicken most of the day. 4. I booked as all inclusive, but then I realized after I paid that Egyptians have a different type of all inclusive that doesn't include drinks. And that was only because I was Egyptian although I paid the same amount of money as foreigners! Honestly, that was my first time hearing about a different definition of all inclusive based on the guest's nationality. It sounded so disrespectful and unprofessional.5. Although the food was tasty and they had a variety of types at every meal, the restaurant is small compared to the number of guests. Thus, it was always extremely busy and always hard to find a place to sit. 6. The receptionists were non-cooperative and when I inquired about something, they asked me to wait for the manager to arrive at 8 p.m although it was still 1 p.m! 7. The location is extremely far from downtown Hurghada, it took me 35 minutes by taxi to arrive there from the city center. In short, pay for this hotel if you have no other option to stay in city center, and with the same price as a 3 star hotel, because I think there is indeed a problem with their rating as five stars!

It will be hard to find any good comment on food here, maybe the few quantities were good as less of food were used to create what they served.

Very limited options, usually food from yesterday is being reused, the chicken that was served one day was mashed and made into a chicken kofta which was disgusting, same goes for almost all vegetables that are being reused, the quality of the food overall is less than acceptable
