The room was very far from the reception and too many and long corridors to walk. The staff were not very friendly The shuttle to the Marina is every 2 hours which is not convenient The massage service is fully booked and not conveniently available.

Everything was perfect. We had to reschedule twice & they were very understanding to our circumstances. Surely will come back. The suite was amazing & very spacious!

Magnificent views, great beach, crystal clear sea water, lovely pool with different depth that suits everyone (only pool with 1.8 m depth i saw in Egypt ) and tasty dinner buffet

The service was very modest , staff is not professional enough, the hotel needs renovation.

There was construction around the room which ruined the view

Great access to sporting facilities such as golf, par 3, foot golf, padel, tennis etc. comfortable and well sized rooms.

Distance from the beach, dive shop, marina (recommend hiring a golf cart). Rooms are getting a bit dated. Food selection and quality was average. Staff service wasn't great.

Sea view is not sea view

I booked a sea view room but being on the first floor wasn't high enough and ended up with golf view only. I called the receptionist after getting there, she was supposed to get back to me about that problem but she never did.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—special thanks to Mr. Shazly, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and luxurious.The food was consistently excellent, with something for everyone, and our kids especially loved every meal. The golf course is something out of a dream—the views over the sea are simply unreal and made for an incredible experience. The beach was also a highlight: clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.Additionally the spa is a must try as it has one of the very few aqua tonic pools in the world.Our whole family had a fantastic time, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

It just gets very quiet early. So if you are with kids you might want to go to Soma marina for more night activities.

Great facilities. Amazing golf course and spa. Very friendly staff. Room service food was the biggest disappointment.

Facilities, security and breakfast. Great pool and easy shuttle to the beach.

If you don’t go all inclusive then the food and beverage charges are very high, and not inline with the quality.

Great general manager with a human approach. I've been there twice and will visit again in March or April!

Laid back, nice vibe, clean and cozy

To reach the beach you take the shuttle that comes every 10 mins. No issue for us!
