One of the animation team that was responsible for the kids club was just caring for the foreigners kids while she mis treat Egyptians kids and my daughter was very sad because of her attitude with her.

The Hotel is so good it was my first visit but will not be the last, from the beginning the receptionist Ms, maria welcomed us very well by making early checkin and upgrading our room for free and reserved for us at the lebanese restaurant, there many pools and aqua parks for young and adults, many restaurants with variety of food and non repeating food every day, the hotel is so clean, rooms and pools are being cleaned daily

The sea is the only thing we didnt like as there is no water by the beach you have to walk so long to get into the water

I recently stayed at a hotel that was supposedly rated five stars by the Ministry of Tourism, but honestly, it felt like a three-star experience at best. Although there was a logo indicating it had been downgraded to four stars, it’s nowhere near that level.To start with, I have to emphasize again and again that there is absolutely no real beachfront view. While the hotel is advertised as beachfront, it’s a complete scam because you can’t see any water from the so-called beach area. You have to walk at least 500 meters just to catch a glimpse of the sea. Even when you’re supposedly relaxing on the beach, you can’t enjoy any kind of water view.Secondly, the hotel is clearly overbooked through travel agencies. There are hundreds if not thousands of guests checking in daily, and by 8 a.m., it’s impossible to find a single chaise lounge to sit on. Imagine not having a place to relax with your family that early in the morning.As for the food, it was a horrible experience. They claim to offer a late dinner from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., but in reality, the main dinner finishes at 9 p.m. By the time you get to the so-called late dinner, it’s just leftovers—nothing substantial, and we ended up having to settle for sandwiches to feed the kids.The next day, they told me I was considered a VIP because I booked all-inclusive and invited me to a special breakfast at the Italian restaurant. Even then, the fruit was spoiled and smelled terrible. I had to take the plate to the reception to complain, and they were just trying to hush it up so other guests wouldn’t notice.In the end, I requested an early departure after spending a lot of money on a single night that wasn’t worth it at all. Now I’m asking for at least a partial refund because this hotel absolutely does not deserve the rating it claims.

The food is varied and delicious, the queue is cooperative and nice, the rooms are clean and large

The rooms near the sea are far from the restaurants and reception, and there are no internal transportation such as club cars

Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Egypt. The service was exceptional, especially from the receptionist Mostafa — he made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I also want to thank the amazing and friendly waiters at the main bar, Michael Sobhy and Islam, who truly made my experience even better.

Amazing place for family

The property was great. It had activities for kids and adults. It was a very big property. Virina in front desk went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. She sent us daily layout of activities and booked our dinner reservations for us.

The only thing I did not like was that the food late dinner was not a full service option. I wish it had more choices.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel this is my 2nd time, and I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the staff—especially Mr. Ahmed Eid at the receptionist . From the moment I arrived, Ahmed impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and warm attitude.It's rare to find such dedication and genuine care in customer service (Reception team) , and Ahmed Eid is a true example of hospitality at its best. Thank you for making me & my family stay even more pleasant—I will definitely be returning! Thank you everyone.

The Aqua-parkThe plethora of pools

While the physical location of the resort is truly stunning, the experience was regrettably marred by systemic issues that require immediate management attention.The primary concern is the institutionalized tipping culture that dictates the level of service and access to amenities. Staff members have created a system whereby they withhold towels and reserve premium seating around the pools and on the beach, allocating them to guests willing to provide gratuities. This practice effectively prevents non-tipping guests from enjoying these core facilities. This transactional environment was also apparent in food and beverage service, where attentiveness was directly correlated to a guest's willingness to tip.In addition to these service failures, there were significant sanitation and culinary deficiencies. A pervasive odor of sewage was present across much of the resort grounds, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, the culinary standards were well below expectations, highlighted by a consistent failure to properly cook protein dishes.As a citizen of Egypt, I was personally dismayed by this experience, as it misrepresents the authentic warmth and hospitality of our people. I trust you will take this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience to a standard that befits your beautiful property and our country.

Everything inside the resort was amazing, the staff, the room, the aqua park, they’ve many pools, it’s always clean, the food and beverage quality is very good especially the main restaurant and Lebanese

It was overcrowded with many guests, the beach is not ready for swimming, there’s a shortage in pool towels most of the time, some Aqua park games are available only for 20 minutes across the day which makes it very difficult to catch

I rarely saw the animation team. Also, they don’t have a true activities at night. We set in the coffee with no activities around us.No food variety especially for protein. They don’t offer watermelon in the restaurants and you have to pay 200 EGP to get a slice from outside the restaurant. Also, some ice cream is not free. Cotton candy is not free at allWe were very disappointed about the beach it was extremely shallow we didn’t enjoy the beach at all.It was so funny to pay for extra keys. It doesn’t make sense to provide one key for a family stay. And if you lost the key, you will pay 10 euro.I booked family room and the single beds are not comfy at all.Noting that I booked all inclusive VIP. It was the first and last accommodation for me.
