Staff was extremely kind and welcoming especially mrs amal amgad and we truly appreciate all their efforts.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The elevator broke down twice during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we experienced stomach pain every time we had dinner, which raised concerns about the food quality. As honeymooners, we were hoping for a calm and relaxing atmosphere; however, loud music was playing from 10:00 a.m. until late at night .

The place is great and to be honest it was perfect service and people there they are helpful and they are care about customers and to be honest they dealt with me in perfect way specially two guys Ahmad Gamal and reception guy AbdAllah , also the stay and the room and everything is perfect, to be honest I didn’t expect that really they will be perfect in this way even cleanness is better than 5 stars hotels and pool and bar and restaurants , really it was great try alot

Maybe the place is far a little bit for walking at night and the accounter guy in beach Diaa unfortunately he is disrespectful and his way in dealing with people not such good but to be honest this thing doesn’t change how the place is good and it’s good try

It was actually pretty good , nice rooms! The receptionist upgraded our room from Mountain View to pool and sea view and that was so nice (Ahmed Gamal) Food was good and honestly its value for money over all.

I will never forget.There are 4 different restaurants, OMG everyday I've been there each restaurant. So good good yummy ? From the different times we have been in Hurghada (and nearby), this time we really felt that we received a more than appropriate 5 star treatment. I would like to start to give a huge thanks in hospitality to our cleaning service lead by Mr. Amr (If I could give more than 10 I would just give them because of him!), he was every day receiving us with a smile and always a pleasant surprise at our return in our perfectly clean room. In other hand, the entertainment team, specially to Veronika, Blanka and Shiko, we are difficult to fall into the entertainment activities and they manage with their charisma to attract us to participate. The food was exceptional, sometimes I wish the variety was a bit more ample, but we understand the challenges it takes with it. In general, looking forward to experience Flow again in the nearby future!

Unfortunately, this is something that cannot be sorted out by the Hotel or the Staff, but seems that people tend to behave like animals when an "open buffet" option is in place or in general when interacting with others that are sharing a space like the pool or the beach, but ironically tried to make an appearance of glamour and high status when being under the sun. Maybe something that the Hotel can do is to try to enforce a bit more about the rules that are in place.

We stayed at this hotel as a group, booking 3 rooms for 8 people on an all-inclusive basis, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The all-inclusive service was very good, with a wide variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. Everything was well organized, even for a group of our size.The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The common areas were clean and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt truly welcomed. The receptionist greeted us with a beautiful smile, assisted us smoothly with the check-in, and even provided our room earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. Mr. Ahmed Gamal was especially a star—professional, kind, and very helpful. Our stay was wonderful in every way. The food was excellent, the swimming pool was heated and very enjoyable, and the animation team did their best to entertain and please the guests.

It very hard to say, the staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Sometimes food was cold and not tasty

Cozy small hotel. Rooms are spacious and colors are very calming. Mr. Amir at the reception was great and welcoming and Mahmoud at the lobby was of great help. Shaaban at the swimming pool as well.

The beach was far away and the view was obstructed by a building infront. At the restaurant the salad buffet was of good quality but variety was not so great.

The rooms, pool and restaurant are nice. Housekeeping was very professional and friendly. Very nice gym with a great view.

Very unfriendly staff, with few exceptions. The staff at the pool bar was horrible, no smile, no thank you, they argued among each other and literally threw the drinks over the counter. Except for one or two people reception wasn't any better. We had to repeat everything a million times, and wait forever upon departure as they didn't want to let us leave. Rooms are noisy and dirty. There pretty much is no beach. You can walk for 10 minutes (or take a shuttle) and cross a street to find a beach (which apparently belongs to the hotel, but also accommodates non-hotel people). It is pretty much impossible to go into the water due to the stones. No effort made to make it more accessible. The food choices were very limited albeit ok. But not much variety. It seemed like certain nationalities were preferred to others as we were constantly asked where we were from. Animation team was just too much and constantly bothering is for activities etc. I have been to other hotels in the same neighborhood before and had a much better experience.

The place was really nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized. I especially want to thank Ahmed Gamal — he was very helpful, friendly, and cooperative, and he made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, food was great and very delicious with much variety and so many snacks there is even a snack bar which serves lunch food. Beverages were excellent as well
