The room was very spacious

The main disappointment was that the staff didn¿t understand English. Surprisedly they could speak, but they didn¿t understand. Or maybe they didn¿t know how to listen. It really doesn¿t matter. We didn¿t get what we asked for.

Beach is clean, hospitality is so welcoming.food is more than excellent. wide variets and amazing quality

The hotel was amazing. Very nice with private beach. Seawater Chrystal clear. Nice pool view from the balcony. The buffet was good. They also have Mediterranean and Italian restaurant. The food was pretty decent. There are shows every night at the pool. Staff are nice and friendly. They all greet you with smile, and try to assist you. The service is 5 star, no doubt. Made the stay a great experience.

The facilities are a little old, although the room was nice and clean, with amazing view

There wasn't much signs to say where all the food is, also there should have been self service for soft drinks as it's all inclusive.

Definitely the best resort we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful and spacious rooms, super clean, the service is amazing, everyone is incredibly friendly, genuine, accommodating and professional, special thanks to the reception team who helped with all of our fussy requests, the canteen worker Mahmoud Abd Alshfy who made our day with his positive energy and Bedo from the animation team who organised the amazing partying part of our holiday and who we had good chats with. The food was gorgeous - great variety of meals, they do grill outside every day as well and cook a lot of meals in front of you ?? The food quality and taste are outstanding! You HAVE TO go to their shisha bar, I have shisha quite often, but the one there was the best I’ve ever had! Amazing cocktails too and the prices are weirdly very low. They have lots of activities, parties, games, entertainment pretty much non stop. Also they’ve got spa and Beaty salon, can recommend both ??

I recently stayed at the Continental Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is situated on the most amazing beach I've ever seen—crystal clear waters and pristine sands made every day unforgettable. The food was exceptional, easily some of the best I've tasted in Egypt, with a great mix of local and international dishes.But what really made our stay special was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us, always attentive and friendly. I want to give a particular shoutout to Manager Rimon. We arrived feeling stressed after a 29-hour flight delay and a last-minute booking, but Rimon went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He helped us resolve some issues we were facing and his genuine hospitality turned our trip around. Rimon is a total asset to the hotel, and he's the main reason we'll be booking to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hurghada!

Beautiful clean hotel with well maintained grounds, pool and beach. Lovely selection of good food.

Too much music / disco in pool area

I wanted to change the mattress topper they did changed right away, i forgot my bags in the hotel they sent it to cairo by go-bus and didn’t charge me anything. Great service. Manager Remon and Ahmed Samir were great.

The villa we stayed at was exceptional, the private pool was super nice, staff and administrators are very friendly und helpful, big thanks to everyone we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very well maintained rooms, we stayed at the Villa with a private pool. Service and response times by the entire staff were brilliant. The reception and were extremely accommodating to all our requests. Best of all was the presence of an on-site doctor, who dealt with our issue and had us enjoying our holiday within a couple of hours. We were on the all-inclusive package and the food served at the buffet was varied and delicious. Great live evening entertainment shows for the entire family. This hotel has its own private beach and a harbour.

Possibly a private jacuzzi in the Villa would be an added bonus as most five star villas in other countries offer this.

Beautiful beach and pools, close to shops and staff mostly very helpful

Security felt a little claustrophobic but i guess thats a good thing

I had an amazing 7 nights at this place. From the very start till the end. All the staff were super friendly including Fadi, Mahmoud (Shisha host) Mohammad from reception, Rimon the manager, El badry the cleaner and so many more to name that took so much care of us. All the facilities were up to date and working. This place looks so much more better than what you see on the pictures. They have an amazing pool with the beach right behind it, activities to keep you busy all day. I would definitely recommend you all staying here and booking it. Honestly I had no complaints at all this place. Can’t wait to visit again for sure. Thank you guys once again.

The All inclusive Buffet was very good, had a lot of variety each day and the food was fresh. The hotel was not over crowded which helps with the buffet. The pool and beach area's are lovely and all the members of staff were helpful.

The bed was a little lumpy
