Great resort atmosphere, lots of greenery, clear beach, jetty to deeper water for snorkling. Amazing staff and hospitality. Spacious room and clean.

The receptionist are so cute especially haitham and Mahmoud , room is clean and reasonable size we enjoyed the accommodations so much as the activity is Enjoyable

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

The beach was sandy and little far And no Aqua park

The network and wifi are so bad , u should walk along the platform to reach the sea ?

Internet and network was too bad and WiFi didn’t work at that time

Food was very tasty and good each day and it didn't disappointed me at all, night activities was nice and kds enjoyed it, room space was more than enough for both parents and 2 childs. Good snorkeling spot and there were tons of fishes and enjoyed my time.

Rocky beach was not that good and some corals was not fully live (not as colorful as other spots in Hurghda) , The pool was terrible experience as its very small compared to the size of the resort and number of guests.The room was a bit overpriced but relatively accepted.

Second time at Tropitel. The stay was excellent. We checked in very quickly although we arrived early. The food is very good with huge selection. The jetti is great with an opportunity to swim and snorkel or even dive just in front of the hotel. There is no sand Beach though so one should be prepared for that. I honestly didn't feel I missed it. The animation team is excellent. Many shows throughout the day and in the night. Overall an excellent and memorable stay.

Hotel amenities , staff is helpful and friendly( especially restaurant staff), pool and slides and the food is good and has different varieties.Coral reefs within beautiful fish were within reach without having to take a trip or boat.

The beach setup was awkward. The beach water is very shallow and rocky at the front. You need to walk a good distance to swim in water that is not very shallow. Not kids friendly if they don't know how to swim. Entertainment at night was not appropriate for kids sometimes, which should be kids friendly as it is a family resort.

The quality of the resort very luxurious very nice.

One thing is the reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. The beach is rocky and due to the tide there is almost not beach/ shore you have to walk on this Bay Area about 200meters and then use stairs to go in the water. It’s a nice snorkeling like experience but not ideal for kids so just keep that in mind. Over all hotel is great if this one thing wouldn’t bother you

It was my first time there and truly enjoyed. It seems that I found my upcoming destination in Sahl Hasheesh. Perfect staff , well organized facilities, very wonderful beach , and such a nice spot for diving.

Despite variety of food which was very good but for some items didn’t prepared well enough.

- food - animation team - wow - nice and funny team also the show every day was perfect - Cleaining specially the guy called Mostafa - pools and aqua the kids enjoyed a lot - guest relations specially Mrs neven who called us daily to ask if we faced any problem - don’t miss the Lagoon- you can find every thing you need inside

- most of the bars staff - small smile will make difference for us - most of them didn’t make it also one in the Italian restaurant who deal with us as we are students and he is the teacher ?- cotton candy and pop corn are free in the morning until 6 pm almost after that during the night show you have to pay 2 dollar per one which is really weird either it’s free or it’s not , what a policy - when we made the check in the reception told us that there are late dinner in the main restaurant available all the days during our stay but when we try it after few days one of the staff come to us and we have our kids with us and told us it’s not allowed to eat because it’s only open for guests who was out side the hotel with the hotel tour office and come late - gym open only 12 hours not 24 hours as booking app was written - just advice for every one who will have accommodation in the hotel ask about the policy of every thing from two different staff at least to reach to the correct information

The hotel is very clean and it’s good location. All the staff is very nice people, especially in main restaurant, Mr. Sameh and Mr. Atif
