A very beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff especially Mr Taher at the reception Mr Marwan at Cleopatra Restaurant and Mr El Nagar at the food court I really really loved the place it felt like being part of a family

Aqua park was too small, and lasting for short time, rooms light is too low, animation team is not active most of the day

Nice stuff, tasty food, good beach, very close to the sea

Room, beach, restaurant and staff was very friendly and helpful

The main pool was not that clean and the quality of drinks on the beach bar and pool bar was not very good

WiFi too slow

The hotel facilities are very nice, the beaches on the Red Sea are beautiful, and you have the option of a smaller calm beach with fewer waves and a bigger beach. The food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner was of good quality, and drinks were also included (juices, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages).

We expected the small camel ride inside the hotel to be free or very cheap, but the gentleman wanted to charge us an extra 15 EUR (not even near the pyramids, the ride was so expensive). And as with any other extra activities, like snorking or windsurfing, the extra charge can vary widely depending on the amount of people looking for that activity and your capacity to bargain with the seller.

Room was big, cleaning was provided every day. Big choice of food, sweets,drinks Staff was kind and nice.After my trip to Luxor i found big suprise in my room. They left decorations and birtthday cake on my bed. Very nice !Lovely suprise.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, I really like it.friendly staff at the reception speaks Russian, English, Arabic, Polish and will help make your stay as comfortable as possible.Very good food!The hotel is in a very good location on the first line in the city.I will go there again.The lack of Wi-Fi does not prevent me from relaxing at all.I highly recommend it!

Good location in the city center. All staff were really welcoming and ever so helpfull, we wanted our room to be changed and there was absolutely no problem. 2 great restaurants and few bars, tables get cleaned within seconds after previous guests have left, no queues, everything seems to be organized and smooth. Same at the swimmingpools. Rooms are clean,beds comfortable. Hany the manager always around to make sure all is ok,thank you ;).

Our total lack of self discipline when it comes to food :D

Location is good and it's on the main street, that leads to New Marina in 15-20 mins walking distance.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and hotel staff kept making excuses that its winter time (in 30 degree temperature outside).. after a day offered replacement room (one family room, in lieu of two interconnected rooms). Hotel has a range of amenities and all inclusive hotel but with fairly average quality of meals.. Hotel is okay but mostly in need of renovation. Probably a 3 star hotel instead of 4 star and overpriced for what it offers.

The staff especially in the lobby bar and restaurant Cleopatra at the hotel is very nice and welcoming. Always smiling and paying attention to us, both servers and supervisors in Cleopatra. Ahmed Aziz (picture) in the lobby bar was extremely serviceminded and very friendly, thank you! Also Mohammed who cleans rooms 400hall and does towel art is great! Hotel has great location, walking distance to new marina which is a nice area.

Cleanliness could be better in the restaurant (especially the chairs).. also the handicap stairs are to steep and slippery. The spa at the hotel is not good, before you pay you are king but after you give money they dont really care much.

Everything, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the resort is super nice, the are is lively.

Manager mohammed fauad was amazing 100 % made you feel so welcome and was there for you recommend him anytime love to him

We spent a week in this beautiful resort on the sea just a stone's throw from the city center. The hotel has everything you need to spend a relaxing and fun holiday. During the entire stay the staff was always smiling and friendly, we felt at home. The beach is beautiful, there are many shops and the food is good and varied. Thanks to the entertainment staff Harlu, Temo and Tonich. Very nice guys, full of initiative and never intrusive. To the staff on the beach in particular Hady, very nice and kind. Thanks also to the staff at the Eid und Amir bar for the delicious drinks, and last but not least a big thank you to Mr. Hany Shehata, for his professionalism and kindness towards us. The Seagull hotel was a very nice place to stay. On I arrival, the Booking agent, Basem welcomed us and, during the whole vacation, was on our service whenever needed. Rooms were freshly renovated and the cleaning service, with cleaner Ahmed, who was charged for our Room, did everything for our stay to be more comfortable. Room service and service at the pools were quick and pleasent. Big yes from us.

Restaurant Food could be more diverse with meat options.

It was a nice hotel.The employees there were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly.I will especially mention Ahmed Khelid from the bar and Basem from Booking.comThey were extreemly helpful.It was always clean and tidy rooms.

I think the dinner buffet was little varied. Pretty much the same dishes every evening.The lunch in the food court was great.
