kitchen manager - was very nice

Very far from downtown, expensive taxis.

The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation away from the city. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. Hekmat at the restaurant was great with our infant. A'alaa at the restaurant was attentive and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Samir, the manager, for accommodating our requests.

Too quiet for our needs. The pool and the beach access close at 5 pm.

Nothing but great things or say, my room had the biggest balcony I’d ever seen and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels ? Very clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. I was very pleased with this pick and I’d stay here again…..it really does look like the pictures.

It seemed very safe, with security and cameras all around. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful- starting from the manager Mohamad Riad, the reception staff, Ahmed and the rest of the staff in the kitchen and Taha at the beach bar. They helped make some lifetime memories for us, and we will definitely be coming back!

The location was a bit remote, so if you want to see other places in and around Hurghada it might be more challenging, but it’s still manageable.

The service was great and the place was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel like I was with my family. I really enjoyed my stay.

I extended my stay two more times because I was very happy with the place, the people, and the food. Everything was truly amazing. The staff were very kind and the food was excellent. I am really proud that a place like this is in Egypt.

Rooms are great and immaculately done, staff is amazing - especially the manager and kitchen staff. the location is possibly the best thing about this place - daily shuttles down to the beach and the bay is pristine. i saw the other beaches in hurghada and this is definitely where to stay. the pool and views are incredible too - heated pool made for a nice evening.

My latest experience at AJIRA Resort, Sahl Hasheesh, was nothing short of super perfect. From the moment of arrival, everything was seamless and thoughtfully executed. The resort is impeccably maintained, with elegant design, spotless facilities, and a tranquil atmosphere that truly elevates the stay.

NOTHING AT ALLEVERYTHING WAS LITERALLY PERFECT

The food is very good, pool is good with a sea view. Rooms are clean.

The hotel is away from the beach, although they are serving a car to the beach. The staff on the pool. No elevators to the rooms.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. we had a wonderful 3 day stay. the food was super good. Excellent value for money. I'd like to especially thank the awesome and wonderful dinner staff including:-- Hekmat- the waiter hazem- chef khaled- chef doaaAlso special thanks to the Mr. Sameh and Mr. Yasser who was keen to make everything perfect. and also thank you Ashraf for the excellent room servicing and Alaa who helped us with the baggage.this place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at.

We had a very enjoyable 2-night stay at the Zen Hotel Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel's location is great. While we faced a few challenges during our stay, Mr. Yehia Auf was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to solve all our problems and offered sweet gestures to ensure we felt comfortable and accommodated. This level of customer service made us completely satisfied.The beach is a little distant from the hotel (about 7 minutes by car), but the beach itself is beautiful and has a nice snacks and drinks bar. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a toilet facility available on the beach.I would definitely repeat our stay here. Knowing that the hotel is led by decent management that knows how to handle customer complaints and make guests feel acknowledged and satisfied is the reason I would return.

Cozy and relaxing place, the view is amazing, most spacious room balcony ever had, and all staff are so polite, helpful and friendly :)

I would like to thank each and everyone zen resort, I had an amazing stay and a very nice vacation.Everyone is very helpful, supportive, and understanding, the reservation manager, the room service managers, the restaurant manager and staff, and all the excutives in the lobby, receiption, restaurant staff are really cheerfull and cooperative, made every night special.Many thanks to Mr Mohamed, Mr Hossam, Mr Alaa.Need to mention that everyone in the hotel care about your comfort and did their best to fulfill your requests, staring from asking for extra pillows, to room location, view, and floor type.During the stay they always make sure you are happy and you do not need or miss anything.The resurant provides every night rice, pasta, meat, chicken, fish and soup, and salads. It was my first visit and but it will not be my last visit for sure.
