The room and furniture are very old, and the finishing is subpar. The price is too high for such outdated facilities; the overall value for money is very low.

The stuff was very helpful The hotel atmosphere was excellent Rooms were spacious and with easy access to all facilities

Room is great. View from the room and the beach is exceptional. Food and drinks all inclusive is wonderful every day. The entertainment and activities are interesting every single day. Staff is kind.

Unable to attend alacarte restaurants if stay shorter than 5 days. I should’ve been noticed this before I confirm the booking so I could lengthen my stay or reduce the limitation to allow more people to attend or at least can walk in.

The staff members are the stars of this resort. From the check in through our day-to-day service all the way to check out. The Andalus restaurant team members are awesome and friendly; they were happy to accommodate any special requests within their reach.Special mention to Marina - the customer relations manager - who went over and beyond to make our stay special and memorable.

The only thing I recommend changing is the gym situation. I understand the spa running for specific hours, but the gym should be made available 24/7 with room card access. For people like me who prefer to exercise in the early morning before breakfast, this would be a differentiator when I compare with other resorts.

The staff was exceptionally very welcoming, tentative, and helpful.The rate we paid was worth every single service we received.The premises were huge and full of plenty of facilities.They took care of every single detail for a resort. Especially the hanging swing beds & chairs at the beach as well as nice locations to take nice memorable photos at.

Some food platters missed explanatory tags at the buffetAlso, sometimes food wasn't fresh enough at presentation.

I liked a lot the great hospitality from the team, I want to thank all the staff, the chiefs, house keeping and especially I want to thank Guestrelation Supervisor marina iarovenko and Andria the hotel manager. The view was great, the room was clean and everything was there. The food was delicious and all facilities were very good. Thank you all, we will come again!

This was my eighth visit to Stella Makadi Resort & Spa. Everything about the hotel is exceptional the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the food is delicious and varied, and the staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. The beach is stunning, and the snorkeling experience is breathtaking, with vibrant fish and beautiful coral reefs. Special thanks to Mr. Nabil Nageh for his outstanding service and kindness; to Mr. Mohamed El- Assad from the restaurant for his professionalism and warm attitude; and to Ali, along with all the amazing waiters and chefs at the main restaurant, for their wonderful hospitality. I wish I could remember all their names, because every single one of them truly made our stay special.Thanks also to the beach bar staff — Remon, Omar Awad, and Sayed for always being cheerful, friendly, and helpful; and to the lifeguard at the main pool, who kindly looked after my son while he was sleeping nearby; and to Magda, the lady who prepares the fresh bread outside the restaurant her kindness and hard work added a special touch to our stay.and to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay, and finally, to the lady at the entrance of the buffet restaurant is one of the kindest people we’ve ever met always so pleasant and always smiling.I had a wonderful time, and we can’t wait to come back. We will definitely be returning very soon, Insha’Allah!

The quality of the juices could be better than what we experienced.I noticed some unfair treatment among the children by the person overseeing the mini disco, especially towards the Egyptian kids, which was quite disappointing.

A perfect hotel for money value. Reception staff are very helpful and welcoming especially Mr Nabil. All day activities and night show from nice animation team especially Hatem and Abdalla. Variety of food in the restuarant. Everything is there. Swimming pool and beach bar staff are very nice and helpful especialy Mr wael. Cost is very much suitable for a five star hotel. Its my first time in this hotel but I will be back for sure.

Food was not good quality, room is very old looking, stuff member which was assigned to our building, even though we haven't requested any service, straight asked us for 10 euro tip, prior our check out. We give out tips to people that serve us, never been asked to give specific amount of money as a tip :D

We liked everything, very beautiful beach and sea with so many special species of fishes, amazing room with private swimming pool, excellent food in the main restaurants and 4 restaurants à la carte we will not forget very easily, the spa experience was also super. The hotel staff at swimming pool, garden, bar, restaurants and the reception were so friendly and helpful with all our requests.

Can't think of something. Our holiday was perfect.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The facilities were amazing, and the activities were fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Hassam for the crazy quad ride—it was absolutely thrilling and one of the highlights of the trip!The entertainment team was outstanding; I wish I remembered all their names because every single one of them, from the girls to the guys, made us feel like friends right away. A huge shoutout to Lazis (I hope I spelled his name right), who took us out at night and made sure we were safe and taken care of until we returned.It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun—I can't wait to come back!

Loved the layout of the hotel , the food was more than satisfactory and staff were very attentive .

Sea food night was a bit disappointing.

Decor was beautiful. Really well thought out. Very clean. Suitable for everyone. Huge beach. Great food. General Manager of the hotel Mr Andreas was amazing. Couldn’t do enough for the guests. Also Mr Hany.

Everything was great

Location was good,the sea was awesome and warm.The room was big,clean and had all necessary.Pool was warm,clean,the pool party was cool,the garden beautiful,shows nice,the beach clean and nice...staff friendly and helpful.

The SPA is outdated. We where sick from the food... luckily there is a medical centre and pharmacy so we could get help and some medication.
