Nice staff, nice location, beautiful, clean beach and beautiful sea views, a bit of easily accesible reef with colorful fish. Good all inclusive, food and drinks. I liked everything

You should organize better the situation of the buffet at New years Eves.“Better regulate the flow of guests at the buffet.”

Food quality was very poor. Drinks are of very poor quality, and served in glasses that could really use some proper cleaning.

Good location and view

The buffet food is so so, especially not much seafood even though it is on the seaside. Also the WiFi in public area doesn't work well and they have to pay for WiFi in the room.

The beachfront location is excellent, with easy access to the sea and beautiful lagoons. The resort layout is spacious and relaxing, and the Red Sea is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The pools are large and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and stress-free.

Wi-Fi in the rooms is not included and requires an extra charge, which feels inconvenient for a resort stay. While internet is available in public areas, complimentary in-room Wi-Fi would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The resort has a lot of places, so you are not bored at all.The location is exceptional, and the resort design is great.There're a lot of small details that are very well considered.All the staff are very friendly and professional.The food was great and there was a lot of varieties in every meal.

It would be great if a floating bridge is made to cross the lagoon to minimize the walking distances for far rooms and suites.Wifi needs to be available in the rooms and to cover more places.As long as the resort is very big, so It would be great if an accommodation place for pets would be available.

The beach is perfect, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The furniture in the rooms are very old. The rooms need renovation

There is no free WiFi in the hotel room and staff is not very warm if you are an Asian.The bathroom facilities are a little old.

The lagoon is very nice and room and pool and night there was event it was very nice

Everything , reception staff were very helpful and supportive, thanks to Mr. Ahmed Kamel and all the reception team, thanks to all the bar beverage staff.The room was very good, it's my fifth time going there during 2025.During check out, the reception team gave us food boxes for kids, thanks so much for this compliment.

Food halls need more organizing, very small space compared to the number of guests, restaurant staff gave us an impression of differentiating in service between foreigners and Egyptians.I complained from reserving some tables in the restaurants for hours in dinner and breakfast and me and my family were obliged to go for a very long space to find a table, that happened twice during my 2 nights stay .I recommend an audit for table reservation, it gave me an impression that they didn't serve all customers equally and fairly.Some tables are reserved for some guests for more than 3 hours especially in air conditioned places in hall 1, hall 2 and hall 3 and they put signs of reserved, however in the non air conditioned places there was no single reservation for any table.????For me this was not acceptable,

- Staff must be more friendly and cheerful specially with Egyptian guest (karam in the reception wasn’t helpful at all and looks very annoyed of serving guests)- glasses on pool bar and beach bar weren’t clean at all - room service need to be more professional

The quality and presentation are consistently satisfying.Swimming Pools:Diverse and well-maintained. Whether you're looking for quiet time or family fun, there’s a pool for every mood and age.Beach & Sea:Absolutely breathtaking. The resort offers vast swimming areas, both shallow and deep. Staff are friendly , food at main restaurants are ok , room old but ok

1- no WIFI at room or Resturant and only available at public area but they consider Resturant are not public area , even if you buy the additional internet package , it will not last full day 2- Air condition at the Resturant and public area are terrible 3- not all items are available everyday for all inclusive , example one day ice tea available and another day other item 4- activities and animation team are not that active and shows are not interesting 5- people book the beach chair with sleeper from night 6- Cat everywhere although the guest relation office inform us that they are vaccinated but one of them scratch my little daughter and she had blood on her hand and I have to run to hospital for her vaccination 7- I gave feedback to the reception and thankfully he inform the manager but when I spoke with the manager , he did not take my complain serious and did not even try to explain any action from his side 8- housekeeping are not renewing the toilet staff like shampoos or conditioner daily even if they are used

The lagoon, the view, pool ,snorkling area with a-lot of fish , the food, all are stunning, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to the reception staff Mr Amen, Mr kareem, Mr Adel, and the lagoon bar staff Mr Ahmed in lagoon A bar and Emad, the restaurant staff are also too friendly and helpful. Also the animation team with all the shows ,This is my 2nd visit this summer and my 8th visit allover and for sure it will not be my last, waiting to see you next vacation.
