The housekeepers were very sweet. However, the people who work with boat tours, massages, and other services charge tourists extra, and everyone seems to expect large tips. In general, they try to charge a lot of money for anything you want. When I looked at prices on Booking.com and other websites, I realized that the people at this resort are trying to take advantage of guests.The restaurant service was very poor. The staff kept watching us while we were eating, didn’t come back to check on drinks, and the wine was very bad. They wouldn’t allow us to taste the wine before buying it, and they said that if they opened a bottle, we had to pay for it even if we didn’t like it.Overall, I really didn’t like the service, but I did like the place and the environment.

Very very pleasant stay in the resort. Everything was to our liking. The beaches have coral reefs which are good for snorkeling. Since last year, the entertainment program has improved.

We had an amazing experience and didn’t want to leave the hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations.The food was absolutely delicious — with two separate restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, and you’ll never go hungry. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are snacks like fast food, ice cream, and pizza served at specific times around the beach and pool bars. There's always something available when you feel like eating.One of the things we appreciated most was that the hotel focuses on guest satisfaction rather than pushing unnecessary sales or marketing tactics. It’s clear they prioritize quality service over profit.Even after check-out, we were allowed to use all the facilities until our flight, which made our last day stress-free and enjoyable.The animation team and evening shows were full of fun and energy. A big thank you to the entire staff for their excellent service and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

I can with saying everything was so so good more than good especially the food it was amazing there is a choice for everyone vegan ,vegetarian and normal people who love meat which is my family we did enjoyed full respect to the kitchen manger chef Ashraf Salah for controlling everything by himself while the meals are going on .He did ask almost the whole guest in the restaurant about the food . Thanks for him .the front desk so professional ,everything was perfect, I promise I will come back soon .thanks

I didn't like that my vacation ended up so early there

The staff are friendly and willing to help , the place was clean and the location is 7 minutes drive to the marina and the markets . There is also a nice coral reef spot on the beach with beautiful corals and different fish . It's family-friendly and we had no complaints . Also, the staff were very helpful as we asked for a late check out . They did their best to give us a room that is not booked after us , so we dont have to change the room even , this was very convenient for us .

Honestly, everything was good.

Very cosy! I've been in modern hotels, which are nice but impersonal, they have no atmosphere, one is like the other. In contrast, Arabella has a phantasmagorical atmosphere. The abundance of solid wood furniture and built-in elements, the coloured glass, the many little mood lights throughout the building, the million arches... A real Arabian atmosphere!

The beach is not too big and feels tight, but I’m ok with that.

The facilities were well maintained. The stuff and workers were friendly and helpful, special credit to the guest relationship officer (Should be Maria if I got her name right). She attended my special request for my friend's birthday, the arrangement was awesome! We had really a good time there, enjoyed so so much! Love from Malaysia! Hope to have chance to chill there again!

Excellent location right on the water! Gorgeous buildings and comfortable room. Small things were all thought of (like a line for drying out bathing suits). Honestly we stayed here for the house reef with include snorkel gear, and it did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing! We also did a boat tour that happened to take off from the port that was on this resorts property, which was so convenient.

We found the food a little repetitive after several days of having it, and the meats were all consistently overcooked. Overall we were happy with the food for the price (and had no stomach problems) but would have appreciated more variety.

Not all the rooms are in a good condition. My shower reel was hanging half off of the ceiling. My parents light kept turning off. The fridge makes a lot of noise at night. The room was also quite cold, especially the floor.

We liked the hotel. style, snorkeling among corals and colorful fish.We booked 3 all body massages and it was the best massages I ever had,very recommend it to try.The food was good,not too many people, mainly German and Netherlands,very few English.

When we paid by card for massages they said the price but when I checked my bank account there was charged more by 20£.After negotiation I got my money back by cash.Very unpleasant experience when directly stealing from you.

People there were very nice and helpful. the resort offered us a lot of discounts on the provided excursions for being honeymooners. the food quality and verity is beyond perfect
