We had a lovely stay at old palace Resort , The reception staff were pretty great and helpful they check us in faster even we arrived earlier and upgraded us to lovely chalet for free which was so nice of them Many thanks. The hotel is beautiful, clean with great beach .The food was amazing with a really excellent variety, Mr Ahmed Mahmoud the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and always sure every guest was satisfied Thanks to all kind staff who make our stay pleasant

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing overall. The facilities were in poor condition and not well maintained, and the level of cleanliness was below acceptable. The room was not comfortable, and the furniture was old and worn out, which made the stay less pleasant. There are many things that clearly need improvement.Regarding the food, in addition to the average quality, the portion sizes were very small and did not match the price paid, and the options were limited.The only positive point was the location, which was good and convenient.The staff were not professional and were not helpful or friendly, which made the experience worse.Considering the price, the experience was not good value for money.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the level of service and overall quality in the future.

The food, the big comfy queen-sized bed, the spacious room with private balcony, the sandy beachfront, the crystal clear water & the promenade along the corniche to enjoy the sunset, the friendly staff

Sometimes the evening animation program was a but loud and could be heard in the rooms - but it always ended before 11pm

- Food was amazing. The restaurant's manager "Ahmed Mahmoud" was exceptional running the restaurant like clockwork. He even sat up a small birthday party for my mom. Thank you so much!! - The chef at the grill "Mahmoud Megally" did an exceptional job grilling the best meat I've had for a while. Very professional and always kept a smile on.- Special shout out to our house keeper "Medhat" for making sure we have everything we needed throughout our stay.- Beach was nice and sandy. Lots of activities!

Staff, hotel’s facilities & recreation. I would definitely come back. Food and service were excellent!

The room was outdated but still comfortable. The local spirits/cocktails included in the all inclusive package weren’t very good. Local wine & beer were both ok.

The beach and the interior and the food

Simply every single detail.The facilities were absolutly perfect, the staff very very welcoming helpful, we really enjoyed everything, the rooms were very clean and comfortable,The food was very good with a really excellent varity, the beach and the pool were very nice and the team were extermly profressional, did everything to make us feel comfortable.I really haven't enjoyed staying in resort as good as this one.. Finally i must give it up once again for every single person on the team they are really the best i cannot name one person, because they were truly the best team i've ever encountered.

We were 4 couples from Slovenia, stayed 1 week in Old Palace; We liked hotel very much; location, stuff, food...everything was great!Thanks to all kind stuff who make our stay pleasant; desk manager Mohamed Anwar, waiters Amr Naser, Karim, Mohamed Anwar...and to all we do not know names-especially in the kitchen and cleaning stuff.

My reservation included breakfast which was very good with a lot of choices. The food was good and the staff was wonderful.

On my last night of stay I had dinner which cost 900 Egyptian pounds. Dinner time is from 7:00 to 9:30pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15pm. At 9:30 while I was still eating the staff picked up all the food and started closing procedures. I wanted to go for seconds but there was no food left on display. That was very disappointing. I understand that they have the right to close the doors at 9:30 but they should leave the food until the last guest leaves the restaurant.

The beach is awesome, sandy, and calm.

Stuff sometimes prefer to help some gusts more than the others
