I loved the interior the hotel is so nice, the facilties are diverse. beach , pool , restaurants all are fascinating I loved everything since day one.Stuff are more than professional thanks to Arafat for everything since we reach until we left he is so nice so helpful and so supportive ☺️. Thanks for Samar she is amazing she made sure that the check in process was smooth and easy within minutes, I will really miss her beautiful smile? and last thanks a lot to Amr he is so welcoming and made our stay great all of them are perfect team. Will surely go again and again

Everything! Staff , facilities, location, food .

Hotel is newly renovated, plenty of places for car parking , and many bars options.

Very poor entertainment staff; almost couldn’t see them, kids club only works for 3 hours a day and kids are barely entertained.Food variety is not good, main restaurant staff are not welcoming except for the kids hall staff.We clearly mentioned that we are 2 adults and 2 kids in our reservation however they provided a small room that couldn’t accommodate us and we couldn’t sleep well. only after complaining the next day they offered upgrading the room but to a building that is far from everything.

Everything was beautifully done and staff were more than wonderful and welcoming. New look is amazing and so inviting. This our second Christmas back to back in Desert Rose and it better than last year.

I hoped all the fresh juices were included in the price. All inclusive should be that and not to worry for additional fees.

The place is very comfortable. The food was very nice. It was very clean in the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Ms. Samar and Mr. Milad.

The hotel is very clean, the food is super, and the activities are brilliant. The staff are very friendly and super professional, Many thanks to Mr Milad and Ms Samar. They have been very engaging with us during our stay and made sure our stay was super comfortable.

We had an amazing experience! Milad (the restaurant manager) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had an unforgettable time, also Sayed from the Lebanese restaurant. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly made our stay a blast. Thank you both for making everything exceptional we will definitely be back!

The kids club needs to be updated.

It was my first time staying in a hotel this beautiful—both in atmosphere and service.The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel truly cared for.The facilities are clean and newly renovated, and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.I highly recommend this hotel, and it definitely won’t be my last stay!

First of all, I’d like to thank Desert Rose for everything.Everything was really beautiful, nice, and full of joy — from the warm welcome till the moment we left.The location and the views are amazing.The food was very good with plenty of options.The rooms are spacious and clean.Everyone we met was extremely polite and respectful — truly outstanding service.The atmosphere there is unbelievable — so beautiful!The night shows were super fun!Honestly, my family and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.It was our first time visiting, and it definitely won’t be the last!A special thanks to Ms. Samar at the reception — she was helping us even a day before our trip, arranging everything and making sure all went smoothly. Well planned property with the lots of availability such us pools, restaurants, beach, night life, relaxation areas and good&interested stuffs.

I believe improvement in kids club needed, it was not clean or managed well..

An outstanding stay! The place is wonderful and the hospitality is exceptional. Ms. Samar at reception made everything smooth and comfortable, and Mr. Milad at the main restaurant was always so helpful — the food was absolutely amazing. We have been coming to Desert Rose since 2020, it’s our 8th time here ,and every time we find great care and a genuine desire to please the guests, which makes it hard for us to change to another place.

The staff were awesome especially Samar in the guest relations… she wants us to be happy. The f&b manager Mr Milad and his team are more than helpful and are very decent. Yasmin in the housekeepeing and her team are very cooperative. The whole hotel is renovated and the beach cafe is awesome

The hospitality of the team is above and beyond.Special thanks to; Mr. Melad, restaurants GM, Ms. Samar from guest relations and Mr. Alaa, the housekeeping GM.The hotel is a complete resort where everything you need in a vacation will be found. Great location, amazing food and the team are all friendly and very welcoming and knowledgeable.The amenities in the hotel is just amazing.

Some of the suites needs renovation. They had already started renovation but didn’t reach the suite area yet.
