The Gym is very nice but it could be a little bit more modern.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at the V Luxury Hotel! The team made all the difference—Mariam in guest relations ensured we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and Dasha, who was responsible for booking.com guests, kindly upgraded our room to a beautiful sea view. Nader checked us in with a smile, and Moamen made check-out a breeze. A special thank you to Yasser, the fantastic housekeeper, for keeping our room perfect. The food was exquisite, and to top it off, our little one loved Kids Land—every game was a hit! The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway!

Nothing just perfect

Room was clean, sea view was good. I have to thank Mariam from Guest relations as she did an upgrade for us to corner room which was very much appreciated.

Everything else except the room and the room upgrade was questionable!Food was not good, restaurant was un organized, you have to tip everyone in order to get a decent service! Staff attitude was clearly different towards locals and foreigners! Which is not acceptable We already highlighted that to the managers overthere but i think it seems to be a general attitude over there which was shameful!Won’t go back again

Everything about the hotel was superb, from the staff to the food and the environment, all the services were great. Thanks to Ms Lorie who was in charge of VIP guests she's an amazing person she's always at your services and to the rest of them great. And Koke my G thanks guys for making our stay memorable

The design and the Staff

It is targeting non-Arab tourists. The food is not high quality it is a tourist food just to satisfy your hunger. No night life.

Suit 3102 is more than wonderful.. sea view from each point in suit .. Thank you Mr. Ahmed from house keeping for the wonderful attention..

The food, location, and friendliness of the staff were all at an exceptional level. The kitchen team catered to tastes from around the world three times a day, with more than enough food, and it was truly delicious. The room was always tidy, and everyone was incredibly accommodating—but not intrusive. A truly perfect vacation. Maybe is the reason also, that we were in January, when is off season time :)

It’s not the staff, but we, the guests, who need to reflect on our actions.10 plastic cups a day for cocktails? And of course, at least one lid or cup inevitably gets blown into the water, onto the coral reef… now do the math: 500 guests, 500 cups… per day!Throwing cigarette butts into the sand? Come on! There’s a bin right next to your sunbed.And then there’s the balloon parties for guests—balloons that instantly slip out of hands and into the sea.We have one ocean. If we come to enjoy it, let’s make sure our future generations can do the same.

The jacuzzi area.

Scam. The pictures and the reality is different.Is not a 5 star hotel... I do not recommend booking. Dont waste your time and money. Its outdated, not well taken care of, he food is really bad, the customer service awful. The pool was freezing cold. The workers did not speak english, scream at you or try to flirt with you constantly, talking badly. The drinks were awful only a few drink options with bad quality ingredients and alcohol, we couldnt finish a single drink... not even the coffe could be well made. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel earlier bc i did not want to spend my vacation there. I have been on several hotels in Hurghada and this one was by far the worse. Dont go.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. During our stay, my son had a broken leg, and Mohamed Suleiman from the restaurant was incredibly kind and attentive. He always helped my son and made sure he got everything he needed from the restaurant. We are truly grateful for his support.The hotel’s private beach is absolutely stunning, and the staff’s professionalism and courtesy are unmatched. A special mention also goes to the chef who prepares the sushi—it was some of the best sushi we’ve ever had! Thank you for your hard work and for creating such a delightful dining experience.The hotel is impeccably clean and has a calm, peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene getaway with top-notch service. We can’t wait to come back!

Only one heated pool

We had the pleasure of staying at The V Luxury Hotel for 7 days, and our experience was absolutely amazing.A HUGE thank you to Mohammed from the German Guest Relations Team, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed and checked if everything was fine with us. During this week, I celebrated both my birthday and surprisingly got engaged! And Mohammed made sure everything in the restaurants everything is great for those special days. Another standout was Ahmed at the reception, who even fulfilled my special request to ensure that my best friend, who arrived a few days later, had a room right near ours. He always had some jokes and spreads good vibes. The Angels and Demons restaurant team was outstanding as well. We dined there three times during our stay because the service and food were perfect. Unfortunately, we don’t remember the names of the staff, but the ENTIRE team deserves praise for being the friendliest and most attentive of all the restaurants that we tried out. The animation team also did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained, and the evening shows were great. They truly put in a lot of effort, and special thanks go to Ayman, who stood out with his energy during daytime activities as well as the evening shows.A very special thanks to Mohammed from the lobby bar team, who made the best cappuccinos for us multiple times a day and always spread good vibes. Also, a big shoutout to Veronika, who made sure all the guests are happy and checked on us and also gave great advice on places to visit in Hurghada.The hotel is ideal for all types of travelers, whether you are visiting with or without children. The location is stunning, with a beautiful beach and the most breathtaking sunsets.Overall, we highly recommend The V Luxury Hotel. The staff, the location, the food, and the overall experience were incredible. We look forward to returning in the future!

One area for improvement is the beach music experience. The DJ at The V (Lil Azab) is fantastic, providing relaxing lounge music during the day and great evening vibes. However, the loud techno music from the neighboring Pyramisa Hotel clashes with The V’s music at the beach, creating a disruptive atmosphere. Guests often move their loungers far left to avoid the noise, but in the middle or right sections of the beach, it’s hard to enjoy the experience due to the overlapping sounds. A possible solution could be to coordinate and play music at either The V or Pyramisa, but not both simultaneously.The gym facilities are absolutely subpar and do not match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. It was not possible to train there, as all equipment was falling apart.

A Perfect Stay at The V-Luxury Resort, Sahl Hasheesh My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at The V-Luxury Resort, Sahl Hasheesh from December 31, 2024, to January 12, 2025. From the very first day to the last, the service and support provided by the entire staff were outstanding. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Due to the unavailability of the room we initially booked, we were upgraded to a higher category, which was a wonderful surprise. Our room, overlooking the central pool, was peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to access all the resort’s amenities. The jacuzzis, available daily by reservation, were a highlight and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The main restaurant, Seven Sense, offered an incredible variety of meals to satisfy every craving, while the à la carte restaurants—available by daily reservation and included in the package—were a unique and delightful addition. These dining experiences elevated the resort’s offerings to an exceptional level. Whether at the pool, beach, restaurants, bars, or reception, the services provided were of the highest quality, ensuring our complete satisfaction. Special thanks go to Ahmed at the reception for his exceptional support and kindness, as well as to Moamen and Mady, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their assistance and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend The V-Luxury Resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway. It’s also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful wonders of Egypt. Our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we can’t wait to return!

Loved the Place. Ramadaan the bellboy captain and Ahmed at reception were amazing. Also Anastacia was always available to help. We arrived early on our day of check in and they gave use residents bands to have breakfast even though we technically weren’t eligible for breakfast on our check in day.

Pool bar not too well stocked and not many options

Everything was comfortable and beautiful, especially the food in the main restaurant. Special thanks to Chef Basma and Chef Mohamed from the Asian section.

Great views, nice beachfront resort

Buffet was very average, nothing amazing Very limited food options. Paid for a king bedroom. We got a room with 2 single beds. Mattress was dirty and very uncomfortable. Staff at hotel don’t seem happy to be there. Walls and doors are not sound proof we could hear our neighbor talking all the time and the cleaners talking in the hallway. If you’re expecting a 5 star experience don’t come here.

This family-friendly hotel is well-located and offers a pleasant stay. While some minor maintenance is required in the rooms.The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. The staff, especially Hasheem in the restaurant, were incredibly professional, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance work need it

Very clean, great facilities, amazing members of staff with great customer service. The food was excellent and lots of options. Mostafa from the pool bar was AMAZING. Mohammed from the beach serving drinks was also AMAZING.

Some members of staff treated the Germans and Russians with more respect and urgency than myself (Black British) which I did not like.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way, from the immaculate cleanliness to the delicious and diverse food options. The entire staff made me feel like I was the only guest, always going above and beyond with genuine smiles and incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Mariam Alaa from Guest Relations, Nader at Reception, and Nouran from the Animation Team, whose efforts truly stood out—they made me feel at home and cared for at every moment. The BBQ dinner on the beach was an unforgettable experience, unlike anything I’ve encountered in the 30 countries I’ve visited. This hotel sets a new standard for excellence, and I can’t wait to return!
