Simply amazing. I’ve been to Hurghada many times and stayed in several high-end resorts, but Jaz Elite is by far the best experience I’ve had.At first, I was a bit unsure because of its size, but honestly—even at full occupancy—it never felt crowded.Some highlights: the room was probably the best I’ve ever stayed in (I chose the deluxe for extra space—definitely worth it). The food is excellent at the main restaurant; I recommend booking at Oscar for the à la carte experience. And don’t miss the pharaonic entertainment show—it’s honestly the best I’ve seen anywhere in Egypt.What really surprised me is that it’s rated 4 stars, but the service and quality easily beat many 5-star resorts in Hurghada. It really feels more like a European standard in many ways, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The whole place is very accessible too, whether you’re using a wheelchair or have a stroller.Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was really lovely. All of them, from welcoming team to cleaners and servers were friendly, joyful and professional. They make everything easy and pleasant.

The hotel is noisy!!! Loud music until 10:30pm with shows or concerts and it's too late, specially if you have an early trip or an early day excursion. It is like if the sound was IN the bedroom.Also, if your neighbors are noisy, you ear everything.

Excellent hotel, beautiful views multiple pools and beach front. Plus the staff so friendly and welcoming, especially Ahmed Farid by the front desk he was so welcoming and so helpful and even though our flight was canceled he allowed us to wait for our next flight. The food is amazing. Everyday different varieties of food. They also helped us with organizing our airport taxi. And they give the best cocktails

I had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Elite during my short vacation in Egypt, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At first, I just came to check the place as I usually like to try different hotels. It looked fine and acceptable to me at the beginning, but once I actually checked in, it became a journey of amazement.1. Reception & Staff:From the very first moment, I was impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the entire team. Everyone was genuinely willing to assist with a smile and incredible courtesy. The comfort and peace of mind I felt here was something I rarely experience, whether in Egypt or abroad.2. Food Quality:I’m someone who is not easily satisfied when it comes to food, but here I was amazed. Every single day during my 5-night stay, the quality remained outstanding. The dishes were delicious, diverse, and carefully prepared. The level of quality control was remarkable, and the variety was simply perfect.3. Cleanliness & Nature:The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. The surrounding natural views were both beautiful and relaxing, adding so much charm to the whole stay.4. Kids’ Club:The kids’ club was beyond amazing. The staff there were truly talented in dealing with children and creating a fun and joyful environment. honestly have no negative comments about my stay. The only area that could use a little improvement is the desserts section, as it could be presented at a higher level. However, this did not affect my overall experience at all, which was truly outstanding.

The beach and the main restaurant are the pinnacle of this satu.

Unlike previous stays, the staff weren't as attentive as before. There were some shortfalls in housekeeping and the front desk.

Everything, clean spacious rooms, yummy and delicious food with great variety, clean and amazing pools, relaxing beach, very friendly and welcoming staff everywhere, and an amazing animation team

Nothing, but maybe they can provide mineral water bottles. The water is all very clean filtered water, but it would be better if they provide mineral water instead

- The animation team were too up your face at times, if you want to relax they would sometimes nag for you to join activities.- The security team at cars’ parking were not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff

The hospitality of hotel stuff were amazing all the employees want to make sure that your are enjoying your stay and care about the guest’s satisfaction , the pool were so clean and the food were so delicious.

Location is Good , beach is nice and allowing you to go to the open sea which is very good

Renovation and painting was being done next to our room, the staff didnt consider that we have a child with a stroller so that we have to go through some stairs and long way to the room .It was very weird that there are no soft drink inside the room unlike everywhere else inside Hurghada

The rooms were very clean, pools were very clean, nice, buffets were very good, variety & tasty.Crew were very helpful, welcoming & nice, specially the buffet crew, they were amazing.

Only thing, they turned the AC off while we were in the reception just about 12 AM, everyday!
