Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional and far beyond our expectations. From the very first moment, every single staff member was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The level of hospitality was outstanding — we truly felt cared for and valued throughout our entire stay.The cleanliness of the hotel deserves special praise. Everything was spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained, and gave us a constant feeling of comfort and peace. We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The room, food and service was everything we wanted and more. The staff is so respectful and helpful especially Mohamed Abdelghany. He was amazing, guided us through our whole trip and answered all the questions we had. Would recommend coming here for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or honeymoon.

The staff very extremely helpful and nice especially the booking guest relations specialist (Mohamed) Rooms wjo helped us bump our room into a cool family suite which was very clean and sea view was great.Infinity pools were also nice and the restaurant options were great and also available with awesome varieties. The overall stay was amazing.

We really enjoyed the different foods across the restaurants. There was lot to choose from and everyday it was different.

Overall stay was good

Once I entered the room, I was checking the toilet and saw a full trash bin that was not cleaned. Same night, at 10.30 PM, I was putting the “do not disturb” sign, one staff member knocked couple of times till I opened and asked about something that is irrelevant! At the infinity pool, one Egyptian customer came to the pool with his small speaker playing loud music and having a pack of his own cigarettes in his hands to start smoking inside the pool, music was so bad and loud, the funny thing was that the life guard was standing beside him and didn’t say a word, this is my first time to see something like this inside a pool!

I loved how relaxing it was and the beauty of the resort. There was a lot to do while we were there like so many different restaurants, the beautiful beach, and the activities such as snorkeling and safari

The most common is the hospitality and the cooperation from all the staff starting from Mr. Mohamed Abdulghany who welcomed us at checking in on the reception and keep following up with us till the final check out. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the place

The food is amazing all the staff are cheerful and amazing, there was a variety of food and the citadel restaurant was amazing and also the golden booda romantic dinner was very good, also a big thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdeghany for his help and service he is a very helpful person

Wifi is not stable

The rooms were clean and ready. The staffing was incredibly hospitable and friends; as soon as we stepped intimately the hotel, the rushed to help us and welcome us. The pools were clean and well heated; it was January so it was needed. Whenever we head to Sahl Hasheesh, we’ll definitely choose pickalbatris.

The staff is great ? specially Mr. Mohamed Abdelghany. The place is great and have lots of pools. A pretty quite place for people seeking serenity.

The entertainment shows should be more for young people to enjoy.

The location is amazing with a beautiful sea view. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Food quality is good with a decent variety, and the beach area is excellent.
