Makadi Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the lush gardens, beautiful architecture, and spacious layout created a very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The whole resort is extremely clean and well maintained, and it really feels like a true getaway.The room was large, comfortable, and always spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I always had fresh towels and a tidy room to come back to. The bed was comfortable, the balcony was a great place to relax, and overall I was very satisfied with the accommodation.The food options were another highlight of my stay. There was a very good variety at the main restaurant, and I enjoyed trying the different themed restaurants as well. Everything was tasty and nicely presented, and I could always find something I liked at every meal, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner.The pools and beach area are fantastic. There are plenty of pools to choose from, with lots of space to relax, and the beach is clean with clear water and a very pleasant atmosphere. I was able to use all the facilities I needed during my stay without any issues, and everything worked smoothly.The staff are one of the strongest points of this hotel. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always smiling, quick to assist, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Makadi Palace Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing resort stay in Makadi Bay. I would be happy to come back again in the future.

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfectand the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly , we enjoyed pools and cozy living space. Highly recommended!”

The only thing to note is that the beach is rocky but once you pass the rocks, you’re rewarded with amazing snorkeling, colorful corals, and plenty of fish to watch.

Coral reefs , food was delicious and the staff was so decent and paolo was so nice with us .

The weather was so hot obviously it's hurgada in the summer but the ACs were not very efficient, the mattress was not very comfortable

The food was good there is some restaurants is better than the other but overall it was good. And the location was very good

The rooms need renovations and I hope the cleanliness improves

The hotel employees were extra friendly i had plenty of vacations in egypt this is the first time the hotel employees were very friendly which was an amazing experience

Pay attention to the animation and choose a trained animation and swimming pools whose depth is very close and And building a swimming pool containing an aqua park

The hotel must take into consideration the Egyptian customer and provide bathrooms with bidets.

I had a very disappointing experience at this accommodation. There was no real beach or sea to enjoy — just rocks and sharp corals, which made it impossible to swim. The place looked and felt unclean.The worst part was the food. Honestly, it was some of the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was dirty, smelly, and clearly not fresh. I couldn’t eat most of the meals during my stay. I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation.The only one who tried to satisfy us the guest relation manager Paulo.

The best experience ever ,the food was very tasty ,the staff are professional and all the facilities is very good and special thanks to Mr Paulo for welcoming us and he is very professional and decent person

-Magnificent Resort built on the Arabian village theme -Spacious suite rooms (Arabian theme)-amazing snorkeling close to the hotel

-poor maintenance of the resort-poor quality and variety of the meals-all beverages (soft,cocktails and alcohol) of lowest quality (all tasted artificial)-service not professional and not attentive -daily activities not timely organised-low quality entertainment every evening

Place was stunning lots of restaurants close by and a mall for all needs staff would help with any requirements.

Entertainment team was great until it was my birthday they said they would put a display on at the club they go to at night unfortunately we didn’t make it was on a boat trip all day so was tired they then asked for the money for a bottle of cheap champagne and a cake I offered then £20 the champagne was about £4 bare in mind but I wanted to make the effort as they did it for us and I felt bad we went bed and one from the entertainment team asked for £160 and then wouldn’t take no for an answer surely this doesn’t come from there pocket

The Sea, the staff, the food and the style

We were really looking forward to our stay at the Makadi Palace Hotel. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, with a lovely location, a charming layout, and well-furnished rooms. The overall atmosphere was promising, and we arrived with great anticipation. The staff were generally friendly, although we were frequently asked for tips—which we didn’t mind and happily gave.

However, one terrible experience at the very end of our stay completely ruined our impression of the hotel.We had been told that we could exchange our allocated gym access for a game of tennis, provided that a staff member confirmed this. When we spoke to a gym employee, he assured us that it was fine and that he would take care of it. A few days later, when we returned to the gym and explained the situation to another staff member, he simply waved his hands and kept repeating, “It’s okay, it’s okay, it’s okay—just sign here.” Although we spoke in English, it was clear he didn’t really listen to us. Trusting his words, we signed the paper, assuming everything was in order.This turned out to be a huge mistake.On the day of our departure, we were suddenly asked at reception to pay the full price for the tennis sessions. We refused, explaining that we had been assured we could exchange the gym vouchers for tennis. The receptionist, however, insisted that we had to pay. We felt completely deceived and unfairly treated, as this was clearly a mistake on the hotel’s side.The situation escalated when the receptionist made several loud phone calls to different managers. The discussions were extremely uncomfortable to witness—managers were shouting in Arabic, clearly agitated, insisting that the fee could not be waived or refunded. We were essentially denied to check us out. More so we were forced to pay the amount, or risk missing our flight because they refused to let us leave.This was an outrageous and unacceptable way to treat guests. The receptionist even told us that we could resolve this issue afterward. Therefore, we demand that Makadi Palace contacts us to sort this out. We expect a response and a fair resolution.

I am quite demanding when it comes to travel, and I usually don’t return to the same place. However, I visited this resort twice. The main reason is the exceptional staff! I especially grew fond of the receptionist ->Kyrilloss, who was not only professional but also very kind and personable!,)))) He took care of everything we needed—from arranging the best room to organizing a birthday cake. I truly appreciate him as a person and friend. His colleagues: Tarek, Mostafa, and others, were also fantastic, as well as the waiters and chefs. Makadi resort is very beautiful + I really appreciated the size and spaciousness of the resort. For me, the price-to-quality ratio meets my expectations. I recommend this place!

The only thing I would mention is that since I work online, I need a good internet connection, and the hotel doesn’t offer free Wi-Fi, only in the lobby, but even that has a weak signal.

Only free internet in the lobby, rest you have to pay for it.My son is 14 years old and will be 15 in the upcoming months but they consider 15 years even if your child is 14 years and 1 day. Initially, i have been asked to pay more but i refused.

Mostafa Masry was great! He works at the reception and he accommodated every need we had. Also, it was my mom’s birthday and he arranged a cake for the room free of charge. Other staff is also great and so friendly.

It could be more cleaner and pay more attention to details.

Everything was fantastic a very well planned landscape very professional and friendly staff specially the lovely manager mr. Ashraf Gomaa and all the reception team. specially. mr.Helmy and mr Abdullah hagan all the wonderful food chefs , animation team this property must be rated above 10

Bad BathroomNo activities - no night life

The hotel is amazing. the beach is beautiful and has really good snorkel. Also the food was very god and the staff was very friendly. A bonus is the entertainment at night always really fun.

You have to pay for wifi which is the first time in my life and it wasn'r cheap at all. We paid 35 euros for one week. Also the gym was extra, you had to pay 6 euros per day and in the beach there were people offering drinks but when we accepted they said it was extra charge which is weird for an all inclusive but after this it was very good.

All staff at this hotel are polite and friendly, always happy to help in all situations. I’ve been made to feel like a home from home here. Animation team are great, and reception staff also very very helpful
