Food quality can be better

It was our first time to Makadi resorts eventhough the Location was over expectations, it is such a comprehensive place we're you can find all the services between your hands.Hygiene is the slogan of the place since you step inside.the Aqua was big and with a variety of levels and compatible ages, In time services, the food variety 5 restaurants 3 a la carte, with qualified teams of satisfying hospitality level.The room service and cleanliness.The furnishing was oriental with regular maintenance, which is something remarkable that gives the guest a sense of genuineness.Romantic night walkways all over the Red sea group hotels sea coastWe liked the gymnastics, you can find the day to day equipments available.One of the remarkable things was the bar creative cocktails and services.

Beach activities, diving, and water sports need to be improved and to be more attractive.The wave pool, it was too cold we didn't enjoy it.

We were very happy with our stay here with 2 small children. Attentive and friendly staff, good and varied food, clean resort with multiple heated pools. Reef in front of the hotel was beautiful wuth many fish and we even saw and octopus and ray!

Room was not cleaned daily but staff was very attentive to have this problem fixed.

The hotel has a decent size and many opportunities if you like water activities. The beach front also is very nice, though a tiny bit too filled up with sun loungers. As a family of four we did like the size of the rooms because it gave us enough space to not step on each others toes.

Unfortunately the food and the service have disappointed us in a way that we decided to leave the place earlier. With regards to the service we didn't like the long waiting times (just for a simple drink at the bar or in the restaurants) as well as the table preparations (we ended up sitting on a table and cleaned it by ourselves after waiting for 15-20 min because no one saw the need of providing us with fresh cutlery). In addition the drink and food quality was lacking. One would think a cold drink isnt asked too much but it seems like it. With regards to the food quality the pasta was either undercooked or burned and the salad bar always seemed to be out for more hours then healthy. We would also like to mention that the hotel is a bit our of shape (tiles on pool are off, room doors don't lock properly, bathrooms are a bit off). However there seem to go some renovations going on so they might improve thins over the coming month.

Top outdoor facilities with slides, several swimming pools , bars , restaurants, etc. The rooms are super spacious with plenty of room for your personal belongings. The bathroom are super spacious too. The room had also a huge balcony with table and chairs . The staff is in general nice and accommodating. The housekeeping staff in our floor was super nice and cleaned well. Everyday we had something different decorating our bed. The reception and guest service staff was also very accommodating allowing us for late check out and still offering us a room to change as we had a late night flight .

The food options in the buffet for lunch and dinner need to include a bit more variety on a daily basis. For a 7 day stay felt very similar dishes everyday. Would also recommend a bit more options for grill fish, since this is a beach resort in the Red Sea.

From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The level of hospitality here is truly world-class; the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP rather than just another guest. A special shout-out to the concierge team for their incredible local recommendations! The rooms were immaculate, the bed was like was comfortable and clean. The hotel is great and spacious, with several pools and water attractions, located next to the beach and offering nice and complete facilities. It is approximately clean. Good restaurant and kind staff. they provide daily fruit at rooms,

Wifi quality was awful... You need to buy your own 45 of 5G internet.

service was amazing, from the reception team , guest relation manager Ereen, all staff were friendly and nice.facilities was excellent, lots of activities, lots ofrestuarant, beach was nice, view is nice

i would suggest the hotel to focus on the welcoming from the security till the reception, that experience wasnt good. security was asking personal questions, and another one asked the same questions. when entering no signs on where to go, i had to find someone (gardner) to ask him for direction.

Facilities need to be more modern

The reef near the hotel was amazing. Another beautiful place was a Pantone with wonderful views. There was good entertainment as water ways and beautiful garden.Food was nice too.

The hotel is quite old, it’s not 5 stars hotel anymore.
