This hotel is a gem. Everything was perfectly taken care of. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great! The food is delicious and full of variety. The gave us free upgrades cause we had an issue with the toilet. They even gave us a free day-use cause our flight was late.

Rooms rather basic and bare looking but clean, beds a bit uncomfortable.

Food in the cafeteria is ok, lack of varieties. Lights were turned off in the morning, including the reception area, which is weird. No internet in the room is a no no nowadays

Friendly staff. Welcoming from arrival right until our departure. Good range of food and drinks available in the all-inclusive package. Very clean beach and pool areas with plenty of showering and changing facilities.

Our room was slightly dated in comparison to the newer rooms in the main hotel.

It's a beautiful resort, very clean with lovely beach, pool, lawns, great food and amazing staff particularly the reception manager Mr Reda and Mr Ahmed Galal who delivered exceptional customer service at all times which made our stay very memorable ! Thank you Mr Reda , Mr Galal and all staff

Despite several requests in advance we were given an old room with worn out furniture and far from the reception / lobby area for the first night.

Bathooms are dated, although it appears that they are being renovated.

The staff are friendly and kind. The food is very good and varied. The beach is sandy and beautifulSpecial thanks to Mr. Ahmed for his efforts in resolving any problems we may encounter

What the hotel lacks to be perfect is entertainment and parties at night and more beach activities in the morningThe room is a bit old and the bathroom needs a complete renovation

Quality of some food

The location and the staff was amazing, we could do early check in and stay in the hotel after checking out enjoying the facilities.

Everything was ok.

It’s the best value for money.The best hotel in Egypt with kind and pleasant staff whose only goal is to make you happy and satisfied.The hotel and rooms are very clean.The room is spacious, and the bathroom as well.Bars are well located and offer good varieties.The beach has some rocky spots, but most areas are sandy.The food is amazing, especially the desserts. There are specialized chefs for every type of cuisine.The animation shows are varied and enjoyable.

Some sanitary fixtures are a little old.The lunch and dinner timings could be improved. Currently, lunch is from 12:00 to 15:00, but it would be better from 13:00 to 16:00. Dinner is from 18:00 to 21:00, and it would be better from 19:00 to 22:00.

Was closer than my previous hotel to downtown

The money value was quite bad. The food is bad tasted. A lot of food but one can’t find one good item. The house keepers were not exciting. We lost something brought from Hannover with us, probably left behind. When I called back to check it, they said will call you & never did.We are not recommending definitely this hotel.Prof Dr Samar Sewilam

The beach of Siva is an exceptional in addition the very nice variety of tasty food. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and supportive. Especially Mr. Mohamed Talal

Looks are deceiving

The facilities seemed nice at first but as soon as the staff realized my husband is Arab, everything changed. Nobody wanted to help us at all. On three separate occasions, my husband asked staff for help and was blatantly disregarded for 30+ minutes each. As soon as I spoke english to the staff, we were catered to within minutes. There was a leak in the ceiling and when we messaged the staff member assigned to help us, we were left on read so when we reached out to the front desk, the staff member was worried he’d get in trouble and asked why we didn’t message him immediately… but we did. Then in the middle of a shower, the cold water shut off so the water was too hot to shower in. when my husband called, we waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up. My husband called again… 30 minutes passed, nobody came. I called and spoke in english and we had someone at our door in less than 3 minutes. Blatant disrespect.

Everything is perfect, if you wanna enjoy the perfect holiday choose this hotel and Mr Reda Abdelbadea and Mr Talal will help you with everything to make your stay perfect. Thanks to Mr Saleh from the Sea Star restaurant this guy is the best and thanks to Chef Mahmoud
