    Pros +

    • Lovely service and everything as expected. Food is good, hotel facilities are good comparing the prices. The beach has a reef so you won't need to go anywhere for snorkeling. We did, it was not worth after seeing the reef in front of the hotel.
    • Hotel premises flourished, heated pools with wind shields, good food, good service, amazing coral reefs- you can walk in the sea and see corals , don’t even need to swim if you don’t want to. Nice beach.
    • Nice rooms, beautiful beach and pools. Tasty food.

    Cons -

    • January is kind of cold to enjoy the beach for swimming, Weather +25 degree should be good for swimming. This comment is not related to Hotel. Just for your information.
    • Poor internet in the roomVanity sets need a revamp (no cotton pads, ect)The children pool is not sheltered from the wind The a la carte restaurants are difficult to get to, we booked Greek restaurant on the first night and the first availability was on our last day of stay.
    • Our room was in the building close to the Christmas dinner tent (rooms 3118 and 4424). We had a trip to Cairo on early Christmas morning and we could not sleep because of the loud noise of the music until midnight. It was very stressful. In the past, Christmas dinner was more quiet, done at the restaurants with candle lights on tables and no loud music nor amplifier microphones and big sound systems. One of the best advantages of Fort Arabesque was their policy of low noise pollution, which is common in surrounding resorts.

Clean, location of the resort, beach, staff are very polite and nice, everything except the noise level on Christmas Eve

Best snorkeling right 5 meters from beach. Best fish variety and density I've ever seen. Meals excellent, grounds immaculate. Beautiful. Everyone friendly and helpful

The sea is beautiful with corals beach and corals

Jellyfishes in the beach, please have them cleaned at least in the swimming area in the sea, it is very off putting

I am not a huge fan of all-inclusive resorts, but this one was exceptionally nice!Good and plenty buffet food, friendly staff (especially with our kid) and overall beautiful and comfortable resort. Despite it was fully booked it didn’t feel too busy. Snorkelling right from the beach with wonderful coral and fish was superb. Could easily have stayed a week longer.

    Leaving ;-)

Clean, nice rooms, great reef, good food, bottled drinks in the resort and in the minibar in the room. After 4 nights we moved to a 5 star hotel nearby for aquapark for our kids. For almost the same price it was much much better our stay at Fort Arabesque, it is by far my favourite place in Hurghada. And the gardens are the most beautiful, well kept and great to have a walk in the evening.

The resort is amazing, probably the best one in the bay. The staff and the service are excellent. The beach is great, and the sea is rich with colorful fish for snorkeling. The beach bar is also beautiful, and you can eat lunch and dinner there. The rooms are big enough and so are the bathrooms.

The beach has beach beds in 6 rows, and all rows have some fence behind them. This means that only the first row sees the sea, and the other 5 rows don't see the sea. This was terrible. The beach boys try to sell you a beach beds reservation for 75 euros a week, and for the second row. I don't want to pay for beach beds in an all inclusive arrangement. The bed was not comfortable, it had a leaning towards the center, so it wasn't flat.

I would whole heartedly recommend this all inclusive retreat to anyone going to Hugrada. The place was clean, vast, the food was delicious, staff were always welcoming and we never felt there was anything missing from our trip. Never thought that we could have done with more. Special shout out to the Indian chef in West Bay. He's excellent at his craft and very considerate towards his guests, definitely such an asset to the place. That said, I think I just wanted to thank all the staff for taking such good care of us. Finally the beach linked to the hotel is excellent with some great snorkeling spots

Nothing that I could complain about

    10AmrPosted on: 4-23-2025

We went as two families with grandma. The service was very good. The beachfront was extensive. You're able to pre book your spot on the beach (for a fee) which is very convenient. The snorkeling was very nice.

Some of the international dishes at the buffet were slightly hit and miss. But overall very good for the price.

Great beach with own small reef

The so-called house wine was very poor - seemed non alcoholic! Food was good with wide choices

The staff were very friendly, loved the animation team and the kids enjoyed their time as well.Food was great and overall experience was very nice.

Felt like we needed more kids facilities such as an aqua park and more non-alcoholic beverages availability.

The new and refurbished accommodations are great and the staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. We come back many times per year for a few years because they are amazing ❤️

Fine, would have liked some marmalade. All the jams tasted the same

Disappointed with the condition of the coral. Now largely dead.Cant blame the hotel.

The swim up villas, the great restaurants and the really lovely staff

The windy weather; not the property’s fault!

    9MagdiPosted on: 3-2-2025

Everything. The room is so big, well equipped and comfy. Recently renovated. Big beds. Best beach. All facilities are great and great staff. The whole resort was renovated and has a heat pool.

    The room rate.

Everything, there genuinely wasn't one thing we could fault!! If we were really searching for something it would be the gym isn't included in the price but that's it! The premises were spotless!!!Staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. It was as if you were being welcomed into a lifelong friend's home. Check in and out was smooth, all excursions were well organised and efficient. Lots of variety to keep you going with food, entertainment, classes, games, diving, excursions, beauty treatments.Even the wild birds were top notch to spot! ospreys, golden eagles, kestrels, egrets! The animation team were a delight and you can see they clearly love there job and again. We walked up and down the bay but none of the other hotel compared from first impressions. Would highly recommend and come again. Thankyou for a great time! X
