- I would think twice before booking again.

Cons -
- This was my third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing. This time, I was placed in a building across the street instead of the main hotel. The receptionist claimed this was because my reservation was for a “garden view” room. This explanation does not make sense, as the main hotel building also offers garden-view rooms. There is also no logical reason why I would intentionally book a room across the street and have to cross the road to access the buffet. When I raised this concern, the receptionist was dismissive, insisted the room placement was correct, and offered no reasonable solution. The only option presented was to pay an additional $30 per night to move to the main building. When I stated that I would document the issue in a review, his response was simply, “As you like.”Unfortunately, this interaction, along with the lack of flexibility and disregard for a returning guest, significantly impacted my experience. I would think twice before booking again.
- Many rules. This hotel staff trick people to the money! They give you something and after want that they want money. They sell glass of wine at price for the bottle of wine!
- Hard beds. Old, stained bathtub. Towels were terrible.

Treated Like Criminals – No Privacy or Peace at Swiss Inn Hurghada
We were treated like criminals instead of guests. Staff were rude, intrusive, and constantly watching us — there was no privacy or peace at any point. The bathtub was filthy, the bed was hard, and management showed no concern or accountability. We left feeling violated and disrespected. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Reception team are very polite 1st hotel with different restaurants different foods to choose Clean rooms Very helpful staff
Our two-night stay at Swiss Inn in Hurghada was simply the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in hotels across the world especially London, New York, Asia, and all over Africa, and this one stands out by far for its service, quality, and overall atmosphere. The staff were beyond exceptional—genuinely the best I’ve ever been served by. Huge thanks to the amazing reception team and a special thank you to Mr. Yasser for his outstanding service. I wish I could remember every name because everyone truly deserves recognition. We had incredible experiences at the swim-up bar, especially thanks to the two great guys working there both in the morning and at night.Amr at the reception bar was fantastic. The chef and staff at the restaurant near reception were amazing, as were the security team. Abanoub at the beach snack bar was also wonderful. And the staff serving drinks along the beach were attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were top quality—something that’s often missing at all-inclusive resorts. There are multiple a la carte restaurants with no booking required. The seafood and BBQ spots were fantastic. We didn’t get a chance to try the Lebanese restaurant, but we heard great things about it too.The animation team was another highlight—especially Mido, Mo, Agata and the rest of the team, I wish I can remember all their names. They brought such positive energy and made our stay even more memorable.Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was perfect, and overall the experience was exceptional. I’ve never experienced service like this anywhere else.Just a quick note for future guests: if you book through Booking.com, the default package is soft all-inclusive, meaning no alcoholic drinks. To upgrade to full all-inclusive (with hard drinks), it costs around $20 per person, per night. Not a complaint—just something to be aware of when booking.Definitely coming back to this hotel.
Location, staff is friendly
AC was noisy, couldn’t use it due to the sound.Food variety needs to be improved .
It was clean , all the staff was polite
The food can be better , we tried 3 resturants during our stay More spices can be added and desserts are so similar to each others
Staff are very kind, and everything was in a very smooth way ,Mr. Ahmed, the hotel manager, was very helpful and responsible.
Everything was very good
Yasser Gamal, Hassan, Khalaf, Ramez and Mostafa are the best!
Food choices, laundry serviceFacilities, activities and staff
Need to clean curtains (dust) for alergies
From the moment we walked in, until the second we left, every single member of staff was excellent. So pleased to help, be of service and often going the extra mile for our comfort or satisfaction. It is close to the airport, has a lovely beach and great open spaces to relax and enjoy the brilliant sunshine. Plenty of daytime activities although a little limited in the evening. We were all inclusive and the food options were plentiful if a bit similar for the most part. Some nice options in the evening with Waves BBQ and Lagoona fish being good. We also enjoyed a fabulous Hamman at The Health Club despite it being renovated at the time. There was a nice area to walk out into, with shops and restaurants but only small. The hotel taxi service was cheap, reliable, very attentive and informative.
Dietary considerations are tricky, as few gluten or dairy free varieties and not easy to identify ingredients. Some of the ‘hawkers’ were overbearing and too keen but most were respectful and not pushy. Some Uber drivers locally tried to pressure us, demand cash and refused transport.
Excellent location and facilities. Food is of very good quality and decent variety. Overall enjoyable stay.
The reception was super helpful and polite. Thanks for being helpful & room cleaned and maintained to high standard❤
The service, location, food and facilities. The reception was super helpful and polite. Thank you for being helpful

room was very big but the second toilet did not flush
the all inclusive stated when you book doesn't actually mean all inclusive. we all had to pay £14 per person per night if you wanted alcohol which was a massive disappointment as it was only found in the small print by the hotel staff. this was clearly a scam as they were well aware of this fact and i think a way to extort extra money from you!
The staff is very helpful and friendly, we got an upgrade from normal room to sea view room, the room was modern & clean and the bed was very very comfortable, the resort is quite, full of beautiful palm trees that gives very relaxing feelings. This was our second visit and of course will not be the last.
The pool was not heated, we were there late October so the weather was very cold specially at afternoon (after 1pm) so I couldn’t use the pool or the aqua. The food and drinks are good but the quality of the taste needs to be better and beach snacks needs to be more various.
Friendly and efficient staff, good choice of restaurants and food plentiful, good choice and tasty. Rooms cleaned and maintained to a high standard, proximity to beach ideal.
Good premium rooms, clean and nice. Very friendly staff. Sea is incredible with nice beach.
Not a big selection of food, but food is good
Best Beach, sandy, You will definitely enjoy swimming at the beach, Room service was amazing, and the staff very friendly, overall atmosphere was amazing, Baraka was friendly and very welcoming and helpful many thanks to him.
Staff serving at the beach were busy talking with girls all the time, not professional, also snacks at the beach were limited or hard to find
