Staff, beach, park and wonderful aqua park

The reception team was very friendly.

We had an emergency, and the support was too slow. The food quality wasn't as expected.Need more staff during the high season as there was a shortage of staff during the staySome pools were not clean enough.

Excellent hotel for families with children. The food was good and there were endless options to choose from. Pools were lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. The tivoli was a great hit with my kids :)

Overrated Hotel , many options better than it

Avoid this hotel at all costs — worst experience ever.Problems started at check-in. The receptionist was arrogant and more interested in charging extra money than helping guests, especially those who booked through Booking.com. The reception staff, including the manager, were rude and unhelpful. Some shows are even restricted for Booking.com guests, which is completely unacceptable.The “bungalow room” did not match the photos at all. The hotel does not overlook the sea. The gym was dirty, poorly maintained, and had broken machines.This hotel is extremely overrated. Social media makes it look like Disneyland, which is very misleading. It is absolutely not worth the high price — there are much better options elsewhere.

The ambiance was amazing !!! Its a Little disney world in Africa! Amazing destination for children with so many activities! You need atleast 5/6 days to be able to enjoy everything. The food variety was excellent and accomodating to all ! The staff were very efficient, friendly and polite. Knowledge of english was good! They were very welcoming. The christmas party was exceptional .. food variety .. decor .. entertainment! It was flawless!I loved the way all slides accomodated all ages in different sections. Wasnt lacking any experience for any age.

The lost and found section was very slow and never opened. And its a long walk so makes it dofficlut to go several times as no one was there to assist! The rooms were nice, but bedside lamps would be really useful. Also despite several complaints to the hotel reception our entire stay there we did not have ANY HOT WATER for showers. And literally gave up complaining. This was really uncomfortable esspeciallt after being in the freezing water in the pools all day! It would be nice to have more options with the timings of the vr and midway. As we were unable to complete everything within such a short time frame.

there were a good variety for kids and the food was good.

The service was unacceptable. First night they tell us we’ll get you cold cuts when we were checking in and then they just ignore us and nothing was delivered. Also no iron available and you have to pay for dry clean service which is nonsense. Also anything we ask for, we have to wait ages till we get it. Had high hopes for the place and they didn’t deliver .

Kids friendly

The rooms were not cleaned upto to stand especially the bathrooms and toilets. The sheets were not changed regularly considering we had kids

Me and the family especially the kids enjoyed the stay there are a lot of activities that you can do there day and night kids never felt boredGreat and Large Aqua Park for both kids and adults.Also there is a mini amusement park for the kids that works at night which is entertaining alongside with the animation show.Food above average but access to food is always easy anywhere between snacks and meals.There are various restaurants scattered through different places in my opinion “Tagine” restaurant is way better among the rest.

I stayed with my family for 2 days it was amazing 2 days from Experience and pleasant memories also the staff were amazing and they helped me from point A To Z I also wanted to thank Mr EMad for his hospitality and his professionalism Along with Mr Mohamed Ehab for his Service and made sure that every single thing was done properly and consistently. I originally booked two rooms for six people including an infant, but upon arrival I was pleasantly upgraded to a suite/villa. I stayed for 5 nights in total (initially 3 nights, then extended for 2 more).From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed with sweets and juice at reception. The staff are very professional and kind, although sometimes the check-in area gets crowded so you may need to wait a bit until an agent is available. Special thanks to Ismail and Al-Hassan at the reception for their excellent assistance. Each guest is given a wristband (different colors for different age groups). Personally, I don’t like wearing anything on my wrist, but it is required for access inside the resort.The resort is huge — so big that golf carts are used to transfer guests with their luggage. This is very convenient, but I did face an issue once where I had to wait nearly an hour for a golf cart to take me from my room to the reception. I recommend the management to increase the number of carts, especially for guests with airport departures.Inside the resort, everything feels designed for families: the water park is among the best I have ever experienced, even compared to many countries I have visited. There are also evening amusement rides, making it fun for all ages.Food and drinks are included: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, tea, and juices. At first, I thought “all inclusive” might mean lower quality, but honestly the food was delicious, fresh, and very diverse — different cuisines every day. The only important thing is to follow the schedule: breakfast until 10 AM, snacks from 12–5, lunch from 2–5, and dinner from 7–10. There are also à la carte restaurants available for an extra charge.Transportation inside the resort is easy thanks to continuous shuttle buses running until midnight, and there is also a free shuttle to the beach until 7 PM.

Overall, everything was excellent, but check-in can be crowded, the mandatory wristbands felt a bit uncomfortable, and golf carts were sometimes delayed — especially important to note if you have an airport transfer

Facilities, aqua, food

Some staff are good and helpful, and few are aggressive and seem don’t like their jobs and you as a guest taking this. Place is not that much organized. Place is huge and not enough signage, you feel lost in the middle.

We want to thank everyone who made our stay welcoming and nice, we truly appreciated the smiles, hospitality, and friendly atmosphere. The hotel itself impressed us with all the wonderful facilities and services, and we enjoyed everything in it.

We just had two small points: the bus system wasn’t very clear in terms of timing and locations (the drivers were great, but a clearer schedule would make planning easier), and the food quality could be improved a little.
