Nothing everything was amazing

The cleaning staff on our floor was very pleasant.

The food ingredients were subpar, quantity was prioritized over quality. Several family members got sick from the food. Only domestic spirits and wines available and of poor quality. The New Years Eve gala was poorly executed, recycling entertainment from previous nights, with overabundance of unpalatable food. We paid for a sunlit swim-up room by the pool but were given a room which remained in the shadow after 11 am.

The highlight was our private pool, which added an extra touch of exclusivity and romance to our honeymoon.The all-inclusive food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. One of the most memorable moments was our romantic dinner on the beach — it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary honeymoon cake, a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special.The service throughout our stay was impeccable. We truly felt like royalty, with every detail taken care of. The resort also offered exclusive perks for honeymooners, which made our stay even more memorable and unique.Overall, the entire experience was beyond our expectations — a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and romance. This resort is a dream destination for couples, and honeymooners can never go wrong here.We are already looking forward to visiting again. I’ve been a loyal and regular guest at KaiSol Sahl Hasheesh for quite some time, and I truly appreciate the overall quality of the hotel, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and the generally good standard of the food.However, during my recent stay, I noticed some issues in the room that need attention. The room feels a bit outdated, the drawers open by themselves, and there is noticeable wear and tear on the flooring. The bathroom requires maintenance as the toilet keeps leaking water continuously, the peephole on the door is damaged, the ceiling in the bathroom is deteriorated, and the showerhead is leaking as well.I still value the hotel and its team very much, but I hope these maintenance issues can be addressed soon to maintain the high standard that KaiSol is known for.

I don’t have much to say here. It was average and definitely not 5 stars.

I wrote a google review under Abdulrahman Amer you’ll find a long list of why this was bad — the service is awful, the food is terrible, the staff is incredibly rude, and the entertainment is miserable. I have been to other resorts in hurghada and can tell you with extreme confidence never go here you are wasting your money. If it’s a first time, you will not notice how bad it is compared to other resorts — so take my word for it and do not go here.

The food was great at the restaurant. Also loved that there’s a late night dinner from 11-1. Alo liked that there’s a lot of walking and things to do around considering it’s a secluded spot.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in most of public spaces, and when we asked the manager why is that happening, she mentioned that the hotel management is saving on the electricity! Can’t imagine paying $1500+ for 3 nights and the hotel is saving on the electricity.Also, hotel design making all suites doesn’t have sea view. So booking a regular room might be better than booking a suite.In addition, there’s no snack bar on the beach. Only drinks. And when we asked for snacks we were told that we have to leave and go have our snacks on the pool restaurant. Also, Alcohol choices were very limited.

The amount and quality of food were great. All drinks are free and the nightly entertainment were amazing. For me the swimming pools were better than the beach.

My first experience at the hotel was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Ibrahim, who was extremely helpful and provided great support. He left a very positive image of the hotel.The beach operations were exceptional, making the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for honeymooners, couples, and anyone looking for relaxation. I would highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again

Limited activities

The beach was great compared to close by beaches. There is some snorkeling near by at a broken down pier. The food was great except for the Italian restaurant. The pools were great too. The Lebanese restaurant was great but they don’t open it every day. Customer service was good accommodating us in a restaurant on our arrival day. The water was very calm every day as the bay is protected by a reef.

Our rooms were not ready on arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes.The receptionist gave us only one key card for each room in an envelope. Didn’t even ask if we needed another one and you need a key card to turn on some of the lights and the AC in the room. Had to go from one building to another to get additional keys for my wife and kids.Tried a‏ virgin Piña colada and it was watery and lacked coconut and pineapple. Too much ice too. I tried to get them to make it again with the same result.Most disappointing was the finishing on everything. Caulking was really bad on expensive material. The bathroom sink was cracked. The base of one of the walls had a hole.Excursions by the hotel were 3 times the prices elsewhere.

When i was checking out, one of resort staff stopped me and asked me for 8€ price of beach bag, but i didn’t use it, he said we didn’t find it in your room, i took him to my room after i checked out abd show him that it is still there, he was confused, he replied the other staff told me it was missed, it was rude situation from the staff, he really upset me after my vacation

This was our second time and definitely not the last. The place is great, and the beach is very clean. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Some Rooms Need MaintenanceAlthough most staff were friendly and professional, service at the beach bar and pool area could be inconsistent.The Wi-Fi signal in some areas of the hotel, especially by the pool and beach, was weak or intermittent. For guests needing to stay connected, this might be inconvenient.

When we first arrived in the hotel, we had a double bed room even though we asked for twin beds. After waiting for a while, they gave us a twin bed room. However, there was a strange smell in the room and the bathroom. In the next morning, I contacted with Ibrahim from the reception. Ibrahim is a super professional, kind, solution oriented manager that he found two other rooms for us after our complaints and let us choose. We got free upgrade. From the moment we moved to the new room, everything was perfect for us. All employees are helpful, positive. Food both in buffet and in the ala carte restaurants are delicious. Finally, nice beach and facilities.

They should give up on giving super cheap alcohol for all inclusive guests. Really disgusting beer and wines.
