The friendly and lovely staff Aqua park and its staff

The staff were very supportive and nice, with Ahmed Bassyouni and Mohamed Abd El Wahab standing out for their exceptional kindness and assistance. The hotel was very clean, the restaurants offered delicious food, and the aqua park added a lot of fun to the experience.

The waiters were so cheerful and the food was great. Mr momen even made us an upgrade for the room

It was a wonderful stay.. The beach is so wonderful and suitable for swimming..there’s a wooden jet that you can enjoy walking on along the seashore … staff members are so polite and friendly especially mr. Tarek from reception and mr. Mo’men from reservations..food was tasty ..night show was good

Friendly and efficient staff, good choice of restaurants and food plentiful, varied choice and tasty. Rooms cleaned and maintained to a high standard, proximity to beach ideal. Lovely pools and plenty of bars & snacks. I would like to thank Mr. Moemen Front office manager very much for his help and support during my stay which made it smooth, comfortable and enjoyable.

Indian food restaurant at suster mamlouk resort is disappointing. Its not authentic indian taste. If your taste buds are looking for real desi food, look somewhere else

It was not the first time to go sunrise hotels group but this was the first time in sunrise garden resort it was incredible and different from other sunrise hotels. Staff were amazing and friendly. Food has a-lot of variety and testy. Location of the room was near from every thing Thanks to Mr Moamen. Thanks for the hotel staff.

I liked the high level of cleanliness, the large size of the resort, the great variety of activities, and the quality of the restaurants

The room is clean, cozy. The staff members are very helpful and very keen on providing the best service for you and your family. The beach is very clean and very relaxing with the beans bags around too. The food is very delicious 10/10. The gym is perfect, large area with all types of equipment you need.

The animation night shows are boring, the special performers brought seem like amateurs, poor taste in choosing the songs to play.

Staff is very friendly, the night shows is wonderful, In staff in restaurants is very good specially Chef Mohamed the manager is verey helpful and friendly and do his best to make gusts satisfied. Thanks chief Mohamed ?.

The staff is super friendly, the food is great, and Mr. Moamen did an absolutely splendid job checking with us now and then if we needed anything. We really appreciated the hospitality and the friendly manners of all the staff working there. Offering lunch boxes to go after checking out was a nice gesture. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the shows, the hospitality, and the food! Thanks! Hope I see you all soon in feb.!

The decoration, architecture, you feel you are really in an oasis, loved it! The food is delicious, big variety and many a la carte restaurant. The beach area is also perfect to swim, or just rest as they offer lots of chairs and umbrella for guests. Staff were so friendly, helpful and attentions. Loved every single portion of the resort!

Mr Momen from reception...he is super supportive....delicious food more varieties....the Chief of the animation team is very clever.....thank you sun rise.....sure we back again.

The child's room of the suite is narrow for the 2 queen beds.

For Egypt people working here are very nice. There were no hard push to buy stuff or constant begging for tips and other common annoying behaviors. Managers seemed qualified and showing good leadership often doing a job themselves. Food is varied and good. Pretty nice reef for snorkeling.

Nothing related to hotel, but if you are booking through booking.com you must know about horrible airport (easily worst one in the world by far, and I've been in in many). No facilities, super overpriced and downright nasty staff. Turns out there are some nonsensical rules regarding chartered flights if you arrive in another airport or smth like that, and our family were simply denied boarding and left standing in the middle of the night in the empty airport. If you get into such situation simply save your energy to focus on how to get out yourself, no one is going to help you in any way whatsoever. Better yet is simply not going to this country at all - scams and dishonest people everywhere with few exceptions, something is really wrong with this culture. If you decide to go, stay at Garden Beach resort and don't go anywhere, don't interact with locals outside, don't go to any tours or anything like that. For me it's last time in this country.

Beautiful beach and pools, very friendly staff, good evening entertainment, clean rooms. You can book various trips from within the resort (snorkeling, buggy/quad rides, masages, etc.). Food is good and with lots of variety. Hosts were very helpful and always available for any questions

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfectly comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The food was very delicious with a great variety across all three meals every day. We also appreciated the free drinks available most of the day.The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My children especially enjoyed the aqua park and the kids’ areas — they had such a great time!A special thanks to Mr. Moemen for his excellent follow-up and support even before our arrival. And also to Chef Sayed, who kindly prepared special meals for our 9-month-old baby without any spices — this was truly thoughtful and very helpful.We also loved the lunch boxes provided for our trip back home — such a nice and practical gesture.
