Spa was the only place I liked in this resort.

over crowded restaurants that prevent us to dine, room was smaller than expected, key for the room malfunction multiple times and responds from reception for it was poor. there is no ocean area that we could go swimming.

Perfect stay with wonderful staff and nice food ,nice view

After more than 6 visits , the property continues to be very well maintained and rooms continue to remain comfortable.Sara from the Front desk / reception was very helpful since we entered the hotel and was continually following up on our stay.

Some waiters are unhelpful to kids.Animation activities were better in the previous years, however the animation team continues to be very nice to guests without much intimidation.

Heated pool was really heated and amazing I loved food, entertainment, housekeeping and all the other stuff I can't remember

The staff are friendly and supportive. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The a la cart Italian restaurant was amazing . Heated pools are enjoyable for all ages.

Everything was perfect. All the staff was helpful and very kind, especially Radwa. She was very attentive, professional and always willing to assist us. Thanks to her, our experience was even better.

Spacious and luxurious seating areas, whether it is warm or cold, you will find a quality place to enjoy yourself with friends and family or even solo. Lots of pool options for every age group, you will never get bored. Evenings live performances are fun and entertaining. Safe and clean facilities everywhere, with high standards. You can have your lunch right next by the pool or sea, not having to go to the main restaurant. The receptionist, Radwa, was very welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable while availing our hotel room, even when we come across her later during our stay she remembered my daughter’s name and asked if we needed any assistance. The kids Madagascar show was amazing.

On Fridays, there is no mini disco or evening show for the kids, just cinema/movie time, which is quite of boring for the kids. My daughter gets disappointed for this :) As we are frequent visitors to the hotel, we made sure to avoid Friday stay ;) Madagascar show was really amazing, it would be very nice to add more shows like this for the kids. The kids pool with the small slides right next to the Bluemarine reception area, needs proper maintenance for the flooring.

Every thing was perfect specially the stuff from front desk and for truth the happy face that always smile and helped us in making our check in so easy and fast she was ( Radwa ) thank you . And also every one working in this wonderful hotel hotel they were perfect ?

The staff were slow in responding to requests.Not all room amenities were provided, and some items were not replenished on the second day, such as pool towels, drinking water, room slippers, and even shampoo, soap, and facial tissues.The food quality was below expectations. Out of 4 to 6 dishes available daily, only a few were satisfactory, while the others were not up to standard.The hotel offered very limited entertainment programs or activities.There was no free indoor swimming pool available.The gym was very small and outdated, with inconvenient operating hours—it opened late and closed very early.The hotel reception delayed in preparing and delivering the rooms, despite the fact that I had already sent all arrival details in advance, including the arrival time, guest names, and ages. My expected arrival time was 14:00, but I arrived at 16:00 (two hours late). Even so, the rooms were still not ready, and I had to wait an additional hour, which is unacceptable.Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and apologizing, the staff tended to justify the issues rather than take responsibility.

The towel bag provided was not convenient to carry back and forth.Some specialty restaurants and certain items at the Asian restaurant required an extra charge.

Our stay at JAZ Aquamarine was excellent. The aqua park was amazing and my daughter Maleeka enjoyed it a lot, especially the water slides and windsurfing activities. The pools were very clean and well maintained, the weather was perfect and sunny even in December, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was very good with a wide variety of choices, and room service was always prompt and professional. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman Mosallam, the reception manager, who was extremely professional and checked on everything daily to make sure our stay was perfect.Hamada from the windsurfing team was very kind and supportive, especially with Maleeka, making her experience truly special.Also, Hamdy from the restaurant staff was always welcoming, attentive, and friendly.The whole team made us feel genuinely cared for, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Honestly, nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The beach was disappointing—very shallow and not clean.

Our stay at Jaz Aquamarine was excellent! The room we booked wasn’t available, but Mr. Ayman Mosalam upgraded us to an Executive Suite, which was amazing. The food was good, and the staff were very helpful.

The only downside was that the sea is too shallow for swimming.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Aquamarine Hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing — so fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety every day. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome.A special thanks to Mr. Belal at the reception for his kindness and professionalism — he made our check-in smooth and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. His warm attitude really made a difference!We’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend Jaz Aquamarine to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! ?☀️

The staff is very friendly especially reception marcos and Yasser very friendly and accommodating

The cleanness of the place, hospitality of the staff, joyful programs , the restaurants and the food

The beach is unavailable due to ebb and tide half of the day and no pier to reach the sea for snorkeling . No wave pool .

The hotel is really good. I liked the rooms. It's very spacious, one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in in Hurghada. The staff is very friendly. The food was amazing with varieties everyday. What stood out for me is the kids club and kids activities overall. The hotel is very kids friendly.We also found the indian restaurant very good.

The shezlongs and shades are quite old.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jaz Aqua Marine , hotel is very nice , food is great, staff is great , many beautiful pools with Aqua games and also hotel is very family and children friendly Miss Mariam Wael front desk Aqua marine and Mr Magdy front desk Blue Marine were very kind and helpful and everything went smoothly

Everything was exceptional except the beach :( Although the hotel should be beach front , but it almost has no sea ( sea is very shallow 15 cm depth for a distance around 700-800 meter from the beach So we couldn’t swim in sea at all
