Slightly costy

Its an all you can eat all inclusive resort. The food selection was good and plentiful. The slides and pools are great. It is really nice that some pools are heated in the winter time so you can swim all year.

It took over 30 minutes to check in. Their check in process is absurdly slow and the desk is understaffed. They need to automate their process. This resort caters to families with children. That is the point of going there. Even so, they allow smoking everywhere and it is disgusting. It is 2026. It's time to set up a small secluded area for smoking and make the rest of the resort smoke free. The taxi service provided by the hotel is a scam. A complete rip off. They are charging 5-8 times the market rate. For me they were just making a number up. They couldn't show me were the rate was written down. The room staff makes animal shapes out of the bedding. This is ridiculous. Most places make animals out of towels or something small. The animal shapes are lousy. The problem is it means you now have to unfold their lousy animal and spread out the bedding yourself. They essentially come into your room and make it worse than what you left. They found poop in one of the pools and the staff's response was to tell everyone to stay on the other side of the pool. I don't think the contaminated water has sides of the pool it stays on. I asked about a certain dessert at the dessert restaurant and they said they would have it "tomorrow". I came back the next day and they smiled again and said "tomorrow". Apparently they don't know how to say no, they won't have that dessert, so they say tomorrow. It would be better to not lie.

I liked the idea that I can move between the 3 hotels .. the main pools were heated which was nice. The beach was relaxing.

The tripple room is small. No chair or table inside the room. Only 3 beds.The towels are very old and not in good condition.The food was good but can't be rated as five stars.The amenities was very poor.. Overall. It was nice stay but will not repeated..

Clean rooms, housekeeping is super helpful. All kitchen staff on the front lines are decent and polite. Thanks to Mr Hamed - F&B Supervisor and Mr Fahmy.

Food variety and quality need improvement. Few of service staff need to be trained on hospitality and respect.

With all due respect to everyone, however, public companies trips made the clients’ caliber less than five stars property.

The staff so friendly starting from reception which they are very supportive and helpful to the restaurants staff and animation team. Overall very nice experience.

Crowded as many guests on the pools and the beach.

Only the food

The service was very bad , the stuff is not good at all and very very slow in their work …no rules for the pool swimming suits,, people are going into the pool with their clothes and sometimes will underwears and pants and no one told them to go out..room service was very dirty

That you can access for other two hotels , Mr Saeed the managers was great and supportive person.Mr Aly in the Resturant the one who cock the pies is very professional.

This is my third time to stay at Pickalbatros aqua park/Vista, everything was really good, I and my family enjoyed everything specially we can enjoy all the facilities of Aqua Park, Vista, and Blu. The staff is super friendly, room, pools, aqua, gardens, beach (with shuttle bus) are very clean, restaurants and snacks bars are excellent with food varieties and good taste.

Animation team needs to improve.

The hotel is clean and spacious, actually they are 3 connected hotels where you can enjoy the amenities for all 3 hotels. Aqua park is good and organized. There are 4 different main restaurants with variety of food choices. And there is a big snacks area near Aqua park.The room was clean and tidy. A bit small though.

Beach is on the other side of the road, there is regular shuttle service but it ends at 6 pm. The part of the beach allocated to our hotel and 2 other hotels is small compared to the beach.The bar on the beach is very poor and doesn't have a coffee machine or basic cocktails like the ones inside the hotel.The staff at the restaurants kept ignoring us and they seem to be busy all the time. Felt like they only serve foreigners thinking they will give them tips.

Everything…very comfortable…enjoyed too much and extended my stay for 2 nights more…staff all are excellent ..cleanliness ..food everything was perfect..sure i will be back again

House keeping.Aqua park and activities. Suitable for families.The beach is nice but no reef for who likes snorkeling.beach accessible via a shuttle bus, no long waiting.WiFi was good.

Although i booked triple room ,i given double room with extra bed .it was extremely tight and uncomfortable.Beach bar is very poor.There is no mirror in the room.there is no variety of desert in dinner.

Everything, the food, the water park, the pools, the beds were comfy, kid friendly environments, activities for the kids, friendly staff, kids activities, cleanliness.

The team in the hotel is very welcoming, flexible and makes your trip excellent memory. i think one of the key aspects is the reception staff whom makes your trip different by making everything possible in due time. i would like to thank Eid Micheal for his support and cooperation to make things smooth and quick. the staff around the full complex from restaurant t, house keeping, on the swimming pools all are so good
